I am epeleptic and do take medication
The children were fifteen and up and were in school
If I had taken a nap or had taken my epeleptic medication that is not his negation to give us a reciept
My bank has sent me a copy of each withdrawel I gave him for his work
I do not smoke so the cigarrette story is also a lie
Also ALL my neighbors are willing to sign a statement he was hear, his work truck was here
He screwed up my house, and, I can still take pictures of what he has done, and left behind
We have been contacting him since THREE DAYS after he left our home for a copy of his work and a reciept
He has left a threatening message on our answering machine, Stateing that because I was epileptic and had foster kids, if I persued this, I would be sorry I opened that can of wormsI have that on a tape recorder
He lied about calling the ** ***I never threatened he or his ***We know this because My wife *** *** ** ** *** and we just made a phone callHe called us so many times we blocked his number
I said he will provive us a reciept or I will report him for tax fraud PERIODHe goes down for that so does his ***That is not a threat
He did converse with me while he was working in my house about the two senior homes, except HE was the one being proseccuted
He apparently did not file taxex on the work he did on my home or this wouldn't be such a big deal, would it
He is trying to take my persoimal life and medical illness and say he doesn't have any responsibility in providing us records or a reciept
I deserve to claim this on my home improvement taxes
Also, I am having a problem, and each electrician whats those records
I would appreciate if you could force him to give me the record and a reciept since he stated he saw me suposedly with LIT cigarretesSo right there he was working in my house

I have wasted all these years fighting for a xxxxxx reciept. If he "was" doing something legal there wouldn't be this issue. I give up.

Review: In the year 2009 I hired [redacted] and His [redacted] to re wire My home, knowing he was a Licenced Electrician.I agreed topay him a small amount as the work was done over a period of time until it was finished in cash.I did not suggest that I did not want to pay taxes, I just assumed he would rather not want to wait for a check to cash.Over the days he and his [redacted] were here they worked from my atick down because of how old my house was. All apeared fine.[redacted] proke alot about bing caught doing work in a nursing home for cash and not paying taxes on it. I didn't thonk twice.Almost at the end of the job, when I still had holes in my walls, and alot of debri on my floors, he asked for the rest of his money to fish up.At that point I gave him another 2500.00 dollars in cash, nw over 8000.00 dollars.The two left for the day and did not return.Yes, I had been sum what taken.I called [redacted] and spoke to him about recievibg a riect for the work he had done and the cash I paid him three times and was tld absolutly not.I felt there was not a thing I could do.Over the last 6 years I have had shorted out wires, plugs come loose, and a microwave plug short out.Also since his work my electric bill has been going up and up and up to were it is now 600.00 dollars a month.Tonoght I again contaxtacted [redacted] late at night requesting a copy of the exact worl, and the cash I paid him as I did in the beginning.He repeatedly told me to stop takingpills. Thay I had never asked him in the first place. He also tryed to say all these problems were from my central air.P again said to him I did not call to have a debate, I would like a summary of your work, and a recirpt for the cash I paid you.He was screaming at me at this point and then just hung up.ALL my nieghbors remember his Company truck being here.I am sure he did not claim any of this as taxed.Also, I am not able to use the reciept to it as a home improvement on my taxes.I would appreciete any help in this matter.
