Purchased and Atlas lift from their Medley Fl officeInstall kit was incomplete and the manual does not list part numbers and usable descriptionsREALLY BAD
Sent them email complaint and response was nothing! Not even drop dead
I'm guess the unit and install kit was Made in China but they never inspeted it before shipping

customer was not pleased with the contents of his purchase based on a misunderstanding with wording in an ad's description. The customer was disappointed that the lift he purchased did not come with an electric cord with an It end'.. as well as hydraulic all. He stated the ad was if misleading' and needed to specifically mention the items NOT Included in the purchase.
When our representative spoke with the customer we apologized for his disappointment in what the product did not contain and we stated that we understood his frustration. The representative also offered  a free product, an oil drain, in hopes to reconcile his displeasure. Furthermore our company does not ship oil, which we explained to the customer. After the customer's phone call,. our site supervisor attempted many times to call and reach out to the customer but received no response to his attempts.
Our company took many steps to satisfy this customer however, none of them ware accepted. I have enclosed a copy of our ad for the specific item [redacted] purchased: ATTN..6MR (Portable Scissor Lift) in order to clarify what is stated as being Included with our product. As you will see on bullet number two. listed is an 110V Motor, and in parenthesis., in all capital letters. there is a statement: PLUG NOT INCLUDED. This is the exact advertisement printed from our website.
Again, we are committed to providing all of our customers with the upmost satisfaction with our products and customer service and we are still waiting ta do so with [redacted] in a manner that Is suited for the business !ii and customer's needs

I cant believe anyone that works on anything that goes on a lift would think the oil is included. People like this need to stay away from big boy toys,.

Saturday 10/2S Cus[redacted]er called in complaining that they were unable to get the machine to the setting to put the diameter measurement into the machine.This was preventing hem from calibration/using the balancer. l told the woman I would make a case for...

her and have someone call her on Monday. I made case 11363 on 10/27.A few days later she called back and said she was sent a board and it did not fix the machine .She asked about returning the machine and we referred her back to [redacted], since he was originally helping her, saying we were surer he could resolve her problem .I received a call from [redacted] stating that she did not want to try to fix the machine; she just wanted a new one.She called here a few times wanting us to deliver them a new machine . We explained to them that we would need to get the old one back before we could send hem a new one.The cus[redacted]er did not want to ship back o bring back the old one.If she had just let [redacted] ship her the second board all of this could have been avoided.

The dealer said they tried to contact me several times by phone . I have an answering machine on my phone and was NEVER contacted . Never had a message from the dealer . I never heard form them directly either. Yes I will accept from them the. fluid filter at no expense to me though . I am pleased to see that they are going to put in their ad . That an electric plug end is not included , and no hydraulic fluid comes with the unit .  Thank you , [redacted]

Review: I purchased a scissor car lift ATTD-6MR.7/12/2014. It shows in there video of them moving it around with an electrical 110 volt plug mounted to an electrical cord , and moving it up and down using the hydraulic lift . When I opened it the package I noticed the electric cord had NO plug on the end of it .I assembled the unit and then took a extension cord and put the 3 wires from their cord which has no plug for temporary power to see the lift work up and down. Then found out there is NO hydraulic fluid in the unit. When I read their description of the unit on line , it DOES NOT say it comes with a electric cord with NO end and does NOT say you have to supply YOUR OWN hydraulic oil ! I called the company and explained my problem . He told me that it does not say there is a plug on the cord or there is hydraulic oil in it. I told him in the ad it does not say you have to supply these things myself . He said he does not make the ad and that it comes from over seas & everyone has different connections on wires & them don't supply hyd. oil . I told him when you buy a new car it doesn't say you have to supply your own oil it, is assumed there is oil in it .The phone went silent on his end & I told him I will be filing a complaint. The complaint I want to file is the company is misleading people . He had an answer as soon as I told him my problem just as if he hears it every time he sells there units. Why don't they say in there ad it is not complete so the consumer knows what to expect instead of thinking he has a working unit & finding out it is not & getting the filling that he was taken. I was expecting a complete working lift when I purchased it I needed the lift as soon as I got it & found out it is NOT COMPLETE . What a disappointment!!!! First thing was anger set in thinking I got taken. I now have to find a company that sells hyd. oil that meets their requirement & buy a plug end. This is false advertising on there part !Desired Settlement: I want an apology from [redacted] for misleading me and others by a written letter that complained because it sounds like I am not the only one that had this problem. I want [redacted] to clearly print in RED LETTERS noting that if it is not a complete unit that it should be noted on the description ( not hidden on another part of the ad ) of what is not supplied with the unit & what the consumer is expecting to purchase on their own to make it a complete and working unit .

Review: On 10/18/2014 we did buy a balancer machine from [redacted]. I paid with a credit card $3495 plus $ 200 freight. When I got the machine and realize the machine came broken, so I called them and they open I claim with a Tech over the phone. few days later I got I call from the tech so he said the mother board was broken and he will send me another one. So on 10/28/14 I got the board but one more time did not work. So I said to them that I want to return the machine because was broke and I need to have my shop running or they could send me a working one and I will exchange for the broken that I had. But what I got was that I had to pay for the shipping to returned the broken and also pay 15% restocking fee and the machine had to be on the original box. I told them how I will pay restocking fee for something that they sold me broken! So I said send me another one , and they said I had to pay the shipping for the broken and for the new one. So I do not think that is fair once I paid $200 to have a broken machine delivery. So My complaint now is to have my full money back and they will pay the shipping for the broken machine.Desired Settlement: full amount $3695.
