Greg Tanzer Sprinklers

Review: Greg Tanzer (Fransisco) arrived on Sat 5/12/15 at 8:00 to turn on my sprinklers and repair a leak. I paid $193.88. On Monday morning, the same leak was there and I can't use my sprinklers. I called and left 4 messages over the course of the past 3 days. I just spoke to someone, Justin, and he claims that there phone is ringing every "2 seconds" and they are overwhelmed. Funny thing, the check was cashed the same day 5/12/15 so I can't even put a stop payment on it. They are too busy to call me and fix their error, but they're not too busy to stop at the bank. I paid for a service, it is not fixed, and I am not getting phone calls back. this is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: Return the money $193.88 immediately.

Review: We had a technician come to fix the rain sensor on our sprinkler system that had otherwise been working perfectly fine since we moved in 5 years ago. He had to do some re-wiring and then all of a sudden our system stopped working that day. Another technician came to see why it wasn't working and we were told there is a problem with the wiring and it will cost us $350 at the least to find the exact problem. We've spoken to the owner and the only thing they did for us was come to remove the new rain sensor the first technician had put in. They are saying that the technician tested the system after he re-wired for the rain sensor and that it was working when he left. However, we were having a yard sale when he was here to fix the sensor. We had sale items on the front lawn and were standing in the front yard speaking to customers and friends when he left. He did go into the house with the purpose of "testing" the system but no water came out of the system. We would have all been soaked.Desired Settlement: Fix the wiring issue so it is back to a functioning system before all of our grass turns brown.

wE CALLED AFTER THE REPAIR MAN LEFT AND ADVISED THEM AS SUCH WE CALLED TWO DOZEN TIMES NO ONE CALLED BACKDesired Settlement: I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX MY SPRINKLER.

tHEY FINALLY SENT SOMEONE DOWN WHO DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING AS AFTER HE LEFT MANY ZONES WERE BROKEN AND SYSTEM DID NOT OPERATE PROPERLY

we CALLED THEM RELIGOUSLY AND ASKED FOR REPAIRS TO BE MADE AND TO SEND SOMEONE NO ONE CALLED US BACK.

WE WANT 1/2 BACK OF WHAT WE PAID AND WE WILL FIX WITH RELAIBLE MERCHANT.
