I personally spoke with customer several times about her concerns The vehicle operates exactly the way she bought itI replaced all four tires on the vehicle and have had two different certified techs look over the vehicle to confirm the safeness and operation of her vehicleIt all checks out good I replaced tires when I was not obligated too and have had it checked out several timesNothing else to do but attempt to trade her out of vehicle I will reach out to customer again tomorrow Thank you, [redacted] Griffith Ford

Spoke with the customer Mr.*** We discussed his concerns and resolved the issue. Customer had some legitimate concerns and agreed on future possible business Thank you, *** *** Griffith Ford

We were entirely upfront with everything and explained to the customer our step by step processThe customer was aware of exactly what we were doing and approved everything done before the work was doneTo this day we still have no proof that the engine is blown or any damage the engine has sustainedWe never had the chance to address the engine failureWe are still unsure as to why the customer did not call us until days later to advise us that the engine had blown even though, according to the customer, the engine blew only two blocks from the dealershipMisdiagnosis is not what happened in this situationWe were in fact trying to save the customer money and did the absolute minimum in order to obtain our diagnosisLike I said before, we would be willing to help in this situation but have not been granted the opportunity to even see what the customer is claiming

*** *** The manual compression test should have been performed before selling me dollars worth of fuel injectorsIf you would have told me my motor was blown I wouldn't have bought them why would I?you installed new dual injectors on a blown motor?!!misdiagnosis on your part ? Then you ran the test?I want my money back

We received this truck after it had broken down on Mr*** three different times at another shopWe advised Mr*** that we needed to start with two injectors in order move forward with our diagnosisWe also advised that there was a possibility that he might need a new engineMr***
okay'd the repairAfter installing the two injectors we were able to better diagnose the problemWe performed a manual compression test and determined that the truck did in fact need an engineNormally we would perform a computerized compression test, however the truck had an aftermarket starter on it that did not allow us to do thisThe starter was under performing according to Ford's Factory specificationsGriffith Ford was not given the opportunity to see the truck after it leftWe were told that the truck blew injectors at first and now this statement says glow plugsAccording to Mr***, the truck failed only two blocks from the dealership but was not brought back to the dealershipWe were told that the truck was taken to yet another shopWe have not seen anything that would determine that we did something wrongI do not know what conversation Mr*** had with our former service managerWhat I do know is that we strive to serve our customers to the very best of our abilityI would be happy to address this situation with Mr*** Scott BrownGeneral ManagerGriffith Ford Seguin, LLC

I am rejecting this response because: they never ran a test before installing the new injectors installed the new injectors then called me and told me they ran the compression test after the fact and I was only at on #Stephen then told me it's a hole in my piston and a new motor would be around 17000, then why didn't you run that test before ??i want my money back for those injectors
