For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I never received an invoice from this business until months after the service which then had months of added feesI will not pay fees and interest which were never billed until months after the serviceIf the business will not stand behind the statements of his employee that warranty should cover the service he should have contacted me in a timely fashionI would pay the original $for cleaning the heat sensor which was not replaced but will not be scammed for additional feesThe paperwork sent to me by this business actually supports my timeline.

In response I could not respond to statements that I never received, the first statement after the work was preformed arrived on Sept2ndwhich was four months after the work was completedAs far as a total lack of maintenance this is untrue perhaps you should talk to your employee that was here that day about the conversation on the warranty You never sent me an offer to drop the fees and interestI certainly need any offer in writingIf you want to try to litigate a bogus claim that is your decision and may be why you have a D- better business ratingYou also never contacted me after I talked to your collection company and they said they would urge you to contact me to reach a settlement.

You received an invoice the day the work was performedYou did not respond to statements until late fees and interest were added to your account. We had already offered to drop all late fees and interest if you paid the original amount of $and you refused! I was instructed by the customer to proceed with collections and he was turning this over to his lawyer I have had to turn your account in for collections and incurred fees associated with the collection efforts for a service provided due to complete lack of maintenanceWe will continue collection efforts with the lien process until we are paid in full.Thank you,***

Our company sends out statements the first week of every month and I personally review each statement that is being sent outMr*** did contact us once the late fees and interest started compounding and he was instructed at that time that a dirty flame sensor is due to lack of maintenance and is
NEVER, EVER covered under warrantyI explained to him that he could call 1,other heating companies and they would tell him the exact same thingI also told him that if he paid the original amount of $that we would waive all late fees and service chargesHe refused and told me that he was calling his lawyerWe have now started the collection process on his account due to non payment of service renderedA lien will be placed on his home if we do not receive payment in full; including late fees, interest and collection feesThank you,*** ***General ManagerComplete Comfort Heating & Cooling

My technician explained that her furnace had a variable speed blower motor and they were very expensive to replaceMy technician aslo explained to her that if she decided to go with a new furnace within a short period of time that we could credit back the cost of the service call towards the new
furnace as we could use the blower in the future as long as it wan't used for a significant amount of time. Mrs *** and I did play phone tag for a long time as I was dealing with major medical issues with my back and after returning to the company I was buried with projects and other facets of the business that needed my attentionI did however speak directly to Mr*** and told him everything that my technician hold told Mrs*** the first time and he said that he would relay the message to his wifeAs for the letter that Mrs*** is referring to, I have yet to see this letter, so it is impossible for me to respond to a letter that I have not seenAfter my dicsussion with Mr***, his wife did not, at any time, leave any message wanting to dsicuss the replacement of her furnaceSo there is no way I can or would consider giving her a credit back from this service call
