Hello,Mr*** came into our shop to get an inspection performed on his Mazda Duringthe inspection we found there were internal transmission problems that would require the transmissionto be removed and overhauledWe also found several other concerns including evaporative systemproblems
that would require additional time to diagnoseThis was all documented on his originalinvoice.When the vehicle was returned to us to have the transmission overhauled we did documentthat the vehicle was having problems shifting into upper gears however the transmission was beingcompletely overhauled along with a new clutchAll shifting problems would have been addressed duringthe overhaul of the transmissionThe cost ofthe transmission overhaul was covered by his warrantycompanyHe did have to pay for the clutch kit, the f lywheel and any other repa irs not covered under hispolicyWe removed the transmission and sent it to the shop that does our transmission overhaul work.During the removal of the transmission we found the clutch slave cylinder was leaking when thedust cover was removedThe cost for this was $plus taxOur advisor had attempted to contactthe customer by his cell phone but was unable to leave a message due to the phone stating thevoicemail was fullOur advisor made the decision to replace the part and when he did get to speak toMr*** offered to remove the item and install the old parts at no costMr*** declined thisoffer and paid the difference that the insurance company would not pay for.We have attempted to call Mr*** after we got the 1st voicemail stating he was still havingproblems with his vehicleOur attempted ca lls received the same message that the mailbox was full.We would like to get Mr*** vehicle repaired for him however after the voicemails that heleft for us and the verbiage that has been used he is no longer welcome at Greg's Japanese Auto.We will however make arrangements for him to take his vehicle to the transmission shop thatdid the overhaul to address the concerns that he has from the repairs that were performed.Sincerely,David H***GM/VPGreg's Japanese AutoOffice ***

I am rejecting this response because: they have obviously admitted to their faults and I have every right to be upset and leave voicemails probably shouldn't have been as offencive as they might have beenBut in my defense when you drop $2,on a vehicle to get repaired and it's not repaired I think my anger is Justified and the messages that I left are even far more JustifiedThey ripped me off and they're trying to continue to rip me off the fact that they want to make arrangements to fix my car when it should have been fixed in the first place is proving to me that they already knew that the car wasn't completely repaired and they just threw it at meThe EVAP situation was a single hose a clamp for that hose for my evap a simple repair a plastic clamp that is probably no more than $and they charge me $for that? And when I got the call about the other repairs ans the snide remark that was left about "well we could just take it out of your car if you don't want to pay for it!" Was very offencive and it kind of was a huge slap in the face considering I'm a paying customer and as soon as they got the warranty paid for they did not care at all The fact that I was given the most disrespectful tone when talking to from these people has proven to me that they already knew that they were ripping me offI'm rejecting this response because by that response it has proven to me and showing me how crooked they truly are and they have known from the beginning as they handed my keys to me that they ripped me off
