I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** only
contacted us one time to which we immediately respondedHe informed us he would be out the following day to review the work that needed to be doneMr*** did not show up or make any attempts to contact us thereafter. Our issues have nothing to do with plastic nor with animal damage of any kindSince Mr*** continues to blatantly disregard our concerns and is unwilling to stand behind his product we are rejecting his response.

Please understand that I have had some physical issues that have stopped me from proceeding with the matter at had and if need be I can give the burden of proof as soon as im phyically able I will resolve this matter soon as im able

I have left many messages for this consumer and they have not called me back. I need to set up an appointment with them to return so I can review the issue.I am not responsible for an animal eating thru plastic

I have tried several times to settle this matter with the customer she has blocked me from messaging her in every way Facebook also her
cell phone and home phoneOn top of all that she calls my family members and tells them how I have done bad business with her making threats several timesLets move to the next part of details after arriving at there property they made several changes to the way the building was to be buildAny contractor will tell you it all starts from a good foundation witch they changed at the last minute and didn't allow me to pour a footing they wanted a block in the bottom of each post also instead of concrete they put chatAt no time did I endorse or accept these changes and followed through for them because they were attempting to save moneyFinally this is a family matter she is my ex sister in-law and is bitter about the divorce with my brotherAlso Greg's Roofing & Construction was not an accreted business at the timeAs you review this case please understand we would have taken care of any and all problems if response would have been taken care of in the proper manner instead of bring family members and blocking us and her repeated threatsThey were aware of what could happen if they did not follow my plansFeel free to contact me if you have any other questions or concernsGreg's Roofing & Construction
