Customer is very argumentative and due to the customers actions of yelling and threatening, Greg's Used Cars and Service is considering this case closed and this customer is no longer welcome on the property

This response is not a fair and accurate account of eventsThe car did come back MANY times, in fact came back the day I bought itAlso I was very patient and understanding numerous times until I was charged another dollars and STILL had to come back to fix the issue that it was supposed to be getting fixedIt is not true that I was unreasonable at all.All I want is my car to be in good running order.

Was definitely expecting thisThis complaint is full of lies and half truthsGreg's Used Cars and Service has the best reputation around as far as a car dealershipWe are known for our high quality vehicles and the fact that we go above and beyond for our customers, when other dealerships
wontWith that said, We only have the ability to control ourselves and not our customersvehicles need to be brought in for a problem to be resolvedNot months laterThis vehicle has close to 100,miles on itWe were able to get the customer into a vehicle when nobody else couldUnfortunately, some customers that we deal with come in and have attitudes right from the beginningWe always say you get more with honey than vinegarEven though a problem with a vehicle may not be under the day 1,miles warranty, If a customer comes in and is pleasant and understanding that they purchased a "used vehicle" and unfortunately time to time you run into issues, we ALWAYS go above and beyond to take care of a problem on our dimeCustomers that come in with an entitlement attitude and are angry and not nice, are a lot less likely to get any help from usThis was the case with this customerHis issue was not a warranty issue and we was willing to helpThat ended however when attitude aroseOn his last trip here, this customer, was asked to leave our dealership and not come backNOBODY deserves to be yelled at and threatenedWe work very hard for our customers, we treat all of our customers with high respect and we deserve the same
