Sometime in June of 2014, I, a restaurant manager called gregg and sons for the first time for a beer Cooler. The tech came, fixed it and I was sent a bill within that week. I called their office and paid over the phone. A month passes....and I got the same bill and was charged an overdue fee for "past due" balance.

I called The office and spoke to the same lady and she apologized for the mistake and said she'd take care of it... another month passes and another bill. I keep my statements and when I had the chance.... I called again and the lady reassured me that it was a mistake and that I didn't pay qhen in fact I had my monthly checking statement from my bank seeing that I paid the bill. She requested that I fax the information and instead, I went there personally since I have too much personal information on the business on checking statements. After she saw that it was in fact paid, she apologized and we had no further issues.

Forward to today, may 12th,2015. The same fridge broke down, I understand this is part if owing refrigeration equipment.... I call Thursday around 10am on May 7th for a tech to come and fix the cooler. The receptionist said it will be Friday before a tech could be out. I said sure one more day won't matter. Friday passes and so does the weekend.... Monday... no tech and no call. I call their office number and speak to the manager. She Doesn't even apologize. And just says that yes our technotion has been busy and he will get to you Tuesday. I asked her nicely to give me a time frame because the owner may have wanted to cancel since we need this equipment in working condition.... she said Tuesday morning. Tuesday comes... and I call a little after noon asking to speak with the main ager again. She claims the tech was out at 920am while here we open at 10am. I asked if the tech would be here today because if not, the appointment will be cancelled. She assures me the tech will be there today and that I would have to pay c o d.

Tech arrived at 230pm. 3 business days after the call.

No apology...just you need to pay c o d after the job is finished. Last time will ever depend on this company for my companies refrigeration Needs.
