Review: I paid for my son's football pictures to be taken by [redacted] at Gregg Photography last August 2013. I never received them. I called several times and sent several e-mails with NO response! Many other parents never received their child's pictures as well. We are talking about 95 players on the Grove City College Football team! I had pictures taken again this fall and [redacted] assured me that I would get the pictures she took and not to enclose money as I'd ALREADY paid the year before!! This was the first time I'd talked with her only because I'd approached her in person on picture day about never receiving my (paid for) pics last football season. She assured me she'd correct the issue, although making it right would mean giving me my son's freshman pictures, which are just LOST.Very highly unprofessional. I'm amazed . Several other parents have tried to contact the photographer, [redacted], With NO response as well.Desired Settlement: Just Would like to receive my son's pictures!! I paid for them over a year ago. My check was cashed August 2013!
