Like in previous complaints Gregg like the *** he is blames everything on the customerHe has harassed us calling us namesHe has contacted and harassed us at workYes the lying *** was paid in full and took the money and ranWe had no choice but to complete the *** paperwork and filed a complaint with ***He never mailed a check and even if he did we do not accept his resolution of $We were lied to and taken advantage of this *** because he saw an easy payday with us knowing we just got screwed over by another contractorHe has no integrity and is nothing but a lying ***He has offered no proof of anything he has saidNo proof work was completed at all and even admits he quitNo proof pool was pressure testedNo proof anything he installed is even functioning correctlyHe left our property with open trenches he refused to fill in and trying to say we were going to have a landscaper filled inThat is just another lie of hisWhy would we have someone else do what he was paid to doHe tries to bully and threaten people and brags about itWe will not accept the $from this ***We gave him every opportunity to resolve this civility and professionallyHe refused to cooperate and call us an abortionWe are more than happy to take this to courtHe offers no proof of anything only his lying word which does not mean a darn thingThis poor excuse of a man is a lying *** and we are going to push this matter as far as it needs to goNow we will seek attorney costsHis word means nothing show us proof! All lines have been pressurized- The permit- You can call the County and you can see the rough electrical and gas line was signed off by the county officer that it meet codeThe county has that on- file and the Walkers have it written on their permitThe Skimmer is completely set and properly installedThe sheer decent is brand new and installed properlyAll electrical was signed off on and all electrical conduit is installedWe pressure tested pool and we fixed all leaks
All of my techs, have been verbally harassed and none of them feel comfortable going back on their propertyWe have called the police (** *** ***) they called the ***s as wellWe also notified *** and ***’s *** ***, that they have continually harassed us from their work emails etc
We do have an attorney and we are awaiting for them to do whatever they feel they need to doWe have a very strong caseWe did everything we could for these peoplePlease keep in mind that they signed our documents and they signed the funding documents through ***
We will NOT send them a refund of $2kThat is not an optionWe will fight them in court!

I have read the complaint from Ms***I have learned that she has also filed a complaint against the plaster company and has called an expert in from the plaster council
Yesterday, I had a conversation with the person who did the initial start up of the *** pool and plaster (her
neighbor)He admitted to her that he messed up the startupAlthough my company did service the pool for one year after the startup, she did not complaint about the condition of the plaster while under our careNow 1/years later, the pool looks terrible and she wants my company to pay for sanding the plaster even though she has been maintaining (adding chemicals) the pool for the past 1/years
I have read the report from the plaster expert and I have reviewed his water chemistry readingsIt is clear that the water is out of balanceThis has nothing to do with my company we stopped servicing the pool 1/years agoThe condition of Ms***'s pool is a result of poor water balance over time not from just the first year
I have also learned that Ms*** is one that cannot be satisfiedI honestly feel that my company is not to blame for the plaster issues she is havingAs much as I would like to help her, I cannot do anything to help her as this puts the liability on my company
