1. I had placed 4 to 5 calls to the business where it states thank you I have never spoke to anyone. No one has ever returned my call. I have also visited the store in which I am told the owner is never there by his staff.
2. Yes trees were planted and becasuse of the health of two of the trees they died and needed to be replaced.
3. I have a full irrigration sytem and water the trees as directed in additiona to a prfessional landscaper who also water them specifically as directed.  The trees were not dehydrated again cvonfirm by your staff during replacement and again by my landscaper who was present at the time.  Your staff indicated that this happens offten a bad batch of trees and and a few will die and need to be replaced reradless of what you  do.
4. All of the trees are no more than 2ft apart and the few that are dead are not near each other. If they were dehydrated most of not all of them woudl be dead.
5 . I have attached pictures as proof of the lawn, the health trees and the dead trees again all next to each other.
6. I also have a written statement from my neighbor who can attest to the statements above as we have a shared yard in which the trees divide out property ( my fron yard is his back yard). His flowers next to my trees are alive and well
7. Last point although some what subjective when you look at yoiur website and look for ratings your store has many complaints on various websites with the same issues.  You are rated ver poorly and I ugred the BBS to review the positnf from the community current and past.
Please advise of next steps as to proceed.  I will not rest until complete restitution, either replcement or pay me for the dead trees and I will go to an better tree services.
Please note pictures of proof of dead trees, healthly trees next to each other and healthly. Which is [redacted] again as prof of health well maintain lawn with trees all over the property which are alive.

Hello,
It was nice speaking with you today.  In regard to dispute with landscaping.  Trees were planted in June of 2012.  There were 13 trees planted with peat moss & fertilizer.  Once trees were planted I always explain to customers that trees need water daily so that they can get established. I was told by customer that there is irrigation in lawn area & that would be enough. I then told him they need to water by hand to soak soil.  As a result of not enough water 4 trees died in August of 2012, because they dehydrated & I did replace them under guarantee.   When 4 dead trees were removed the soil was like powder very dry. I once again told customer they need to keep trees watered by hand.
More trees died in 2013 after warranty, but I did replace 4 more trees. Once again it was due to lack of water.  I then told customer that warranty period was over & we could not keep replacing trees, because they were not watering trees.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Thank You

Review: I purchased 13 trees with this business and most died with in a year. It took a major effort to get them to replce them. Because they would not return phone calls I had to physically go there twice. Once they replaced a few of them telling me the rest were fine. Three more have since died and again they refuse to call me back. If you check websites on them most of them have post of disappointment of services.Desired Settlement: Honestly I would like a full refund from them and go somewhere else. This has been the worst experience with any retailer that I have ever had. I paid 3000K for trees and they again are not willing to stand by there prouduct/trees.They will not even return a phone call.

Review: [redacted]'s Garden center between Dec 2012 and May 2013 planted 8 Norway spruce trees at aprox $1,000 per tree. The trees had a two year full replacement guarantee. Seven of the trees died. [redacted], the owner of the firm agreed that they died and that he would replace them. That was Nov 2013. We agreed to wait until the spring to do so. After repeated personal visits to his business he alleges he can't get the trees and continues to not provide any updates as to replacement timing. My only conclusion is that he has no intention of honoring the two year guarantee as well as his verbal commitment to do so to myself and to a landscape designer we have utilized.Desired Settlement: All we want is for the 7 trees that died to be replaced. In fact he told me to have them cut down because they looked so bad. If he can't get the exact replacent trees perhaps he can offfer a suitable replacement alternative.
