On Wednesday February ***, Customer came into our establishment to purchase a vehicle, to be specific a Nissan PathfinderThis vehicle was unfortunately not in our inventory, to satisfy our customer and get the vehicle they desired we purchased a vehicle from another dealership which customer was made aware and acceptedThe assigned salesman from Gregoris Nissan then proceeded to call customer and advise them that the vehicle had arrivedCustomer's Spouse came in and sat with [redacted] and reviewed all the equipment and interest rate and he was satisfiedCustomer then took the Vin# information to call his insurance companyThen we attempted to reach the customer repeatedly and no contact was made It was only after several days that the customer decided to call back and advise us that they had decided to purchase a vehicle elsewhereThey have a signed purchased order and are not entitled to a refund [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because This is absolutely not true I went to Gregoris Nissan on January **, and looked at several vehicles I showed interest in a Platinum Pathfinder The dealership did not have the vehicle that I wanted in stock and he simply stated that he would have to get it from another lot I put down a $deposit down on the vehicle and waited for approximately days until the salesman got back to me He did not mention anything about purchasing the vehicle from another dealership I simply changed my mind about purchasing the vehicle and it does not entitle Gregoris to keep my depositAttached you will see the receipt from my $deposit and no where on the receipt does it say that Gregoris is entitled to keep my deposit This is absolutely disgusting and bad business practice I called the Salesman [redacted] several times and he told me that all I needed to do was to bring down original receipt and I would be refunded my money This of course was a Blantant LIE! On the buyers agreement that the customer signed it read as follows paragraph under terms and conditions (I understand that the cash deposit I have given to you can be retained ,in accordance with your refund policy, to offset your damages if I refuse to complete my purchaseI also understand that I may be responsible for any damages which you may incur as a result of my failure to preform my obligations under the terms of this agreement.) Gregoris went and purchased the Pathfinder specifically for this customer. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership specially for customer*** *** came in and sat with *** *** went over equipment and the interest rate and also took the vin number for insurance and said he would contact *** to set up time of deliveryCustomer statement of lies is unfounded and at this point we will use all remedies available to us under the law

This is absolutely not true.  I went to Gregoris Nissan on January **, 2015 and looked at several vehicles.  I showed interest in a 2015 Platinum Pathfinder.  The dealership did not have the vehicle that I wanted in stock and he simply stated that he would have to get it from another lot.  I put down a $200.00 deposit down on the vehicle and waited for approximately 4 days until the salesman got back to me.  He did not mention anything about purchasing the vehicle from another dealership.  I simply changed my mind about purchasing the vehicle and it does not entitle Gregoris to keep my deposit. Attached you will see the receipt from my $200.00 deposit and no where on the receipt does it say that Gregoris is entitled to keep my deposit.  This is absolutely disgusting and bad business practice.  I called the Salesman [redacted] several  times and he told me that all I needed to do was to bring down original receipt and I would be refunded my money.  This of course was a Blantant LIE!  [redacted] marked the reciept,  made a copy and kept the original.  We waited for weeks to receive the refund in mail to no avail. Gregoris Nissan owes me $200.00

My contract covered  those options, that's why I was charged $2500.   If the contract  cost the dealership any money they should cancel it and request a refund.   I don't believe I should pay for the dealership's business expenses. The contract was effectively cancelled on Apri[redacted] 2016, five months later.  I believe I should be reimbursed for those months.

I am filing a complaint against Mike L[redacted] Sales Representative from Gregoris Subaru of Valley Stream [redacted] not only with subaru but also with the Revdex.com. Me and my mom were looking to purchase a subaru. We found a car we like and wanted to talk to a rep and we got Mike l[redacted]. This representative was very disrespectful and very nasty attitude. It got to the point where he started screaming at us for no apparent reason. Even the customers that were inside the place were looking at him and shaking heads. Everything was either his way or no way at all. Me and my mom where in total shock. We couldn't believe what was happening. We asked to talk to a manager his answer was NO right away. We were very nice and respectful to him and he was screaming at the top of his lungs. We walked over to a manager and when we sat down with him he get walking by and continued to be disrespectful in front of the manager small talking negative things he even said some bad curse words which I am not going to repeat. If any one has any question feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### but I am reporting him to as many people as I need to. Because this is no way to treat someone that I give you respect to and I demand the same respect back.

Review: On January **, 2015. I patronized Gregorise Nissan in search of a new vehicle. After being assisted by a sales person, I decided on a vehicle.put a deposit of $200.00 down on the vehicle in order to hold the vehicle. The salesman indicated that he did not have the vehicle that I wanted on the lot and he would have to get the vehicle from another lot. After waiting 4 days days. I changed my mind about purchasing the vehicle and asked for my $200.00 deposit back. The salesman told me that I needed to bring the deposit slip/order form back to him and I would have my deposit refunded and it would be returned through the mail. Four weeks and several phone calls later the sales manager who claims his name is [redacted] refuses to return my deposit despite the sales order which clearly says that I have the right to change my mind and have my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like Gregorise Nissan to refund my $200.00.
