To Whom it may concern,I have reviewed all documents and interviewed all employee's involved and I completely dispute what *** *** is claiming.Furthermore, *** *** claimed to have Automotive Dealership experience and made it known to everyone involved in this transaction he knew what he was
doing. He reference an online advertised price of per month but did not purchase the exact vehicle with Stock Number *** but rather ***Therefore he negotiated a deal on a NON ADVERTISED vehicleAgain, he made it clear he was in the Automotive Industry in the past and knew what he was doing. Lastly the Lease Contract clear states the following; NOTICE TO THE LESSEE - DO NOT SIGN THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU READ IT OR IF IT CONTAINS ANY BLANK SPACE.*** *** controlled the entire pace of the this transaction and no time was he rushed to sign any documentThe entire transaction was fully disclosed and MrSavino's signatures are on every single document. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted] was never involved in the sales transaction and he is ill informed.  I was NEVER told that the $129 lease ad was on a specific vehicle.  This is not relevant to the issue. I expected the dealership management to be defensive in their response, but I did not expect a personal insult on my intelligence. This further supports my position of NEVER to recommend this or any of the Healey Brothers dealerships.I will be mailing the customer referral documents to the Healey Brothers with copies of my complaint which will be self explanatory as to my not sending anyone to their dealerships.  As I told Chris, the sales manager, we ALL know what went down here, the dealership not presenting the deal in a fully disclosed manner.  And yes, I did sign the documents, my mistake for sure.  Thank you to the Revdex.com for giving me the opportunity to file a complaint so others may see it. Revdex.com, please consider this case closed, I do not need anymore communication from the dealership on this matter.  The good news is , I really like my car, but wish I had leased it at a different Hyndai dealership.
