Spoke with Customer agreed to refund $200.00 as long as complaint is withdrawn.  This is in no way saying that the customer was right. The warranty clearly states that there is to be a $100.00 Deductible Charge Per Failure, and goes on to state that Seals and Gaskets are NOT covered....

 After spending over an hour on the phone with the warranty company I was able to get them to cover the EGR gasket under warranty.  I have attached copy's of the Original Warranty's, both the 2 year and the 30 day.  Both which have a $100.00 deductible.  I am willing to refund the customer both of their deductibles even though there were 2 different things wrong with the car, both fixed now and both required a $100.00 deductible.  I do not have enough time in my life for this kind of drama and am willing to refund the customer their $200.00 upon the removal of this Revdex.com complaint.  No refund will be given if this complaint is still listed online.

Review: I purchased a 2006 Chrysler 300 from gregory automotiveIn august of 2014 and my vehicle came with a 2 year warranty and 30 day warranty .Now after 2 days of having the car in my possession the car Shut Off On Me And My Family. In the middle of traffic I then called gregory automotive and told them about the issue they then told me to bring it in to them .they looked at it and said it was fine and returned the back to me .only the same day driving home I had the same issue the car shut off on me I call them back and they told me return back to them so they could look at it .they informed me that Chrysler dealer told them to have me fill my gas tank completely full while they video recorded me doing so. Then I told them about my breaks being bad [redacted] told me well take care of you we will do all 4 of your breaks and rotors and fix the car cause you are under warranty. I had to then pay a 100 dollar deductable. I returned to pick my car up and the car still remained with the shut off issue and only my front breaks were. Done no rotors as I was told .I called them up again to have my car fixed same issue they never fixed from 3 months ago when I paid them the first 100 dollar deductable they charged me another 100 dollar deductable in October for the same issue and my car is still not fixed I would like a reduction on the car or the 200 dollars returned to me for them doing absolutely nothing when in my contract it clearly states I paid for a 2 year warranty with a 100 dollar deductible however the 30 day warranty states no such thing about a deductible in which gregory automotive told me it did.misleading and over charged and I'm very unhappy.Desired Settlement: I want my car at a discounted price or I want every dollar I paid them from the down payment .my 3 months of payments and my 200 dollars back from the fake warranty deductible. .and just be Done with the whole deal.

Review: I purchased a used car that broke down a month in a half after I got it and the parts that are messed upthey want me to pay $465 to get it fixed now I have a 2 year warranty I tthought they would fix it but on the contract says certain parts I would have to pay for the part that got me is it broke down on me I thought you have to check the car front to back to make sure everything is working I need that car to get my sick child back and forth to the hospital for emergenciesDesired Settlement: If there is a way to get another car

[redacted] purchased a 2000 Nissan Quest Minivan with 98,570 miles and [redacted] on 03/20/2013 and at that time she purchased a 24 month 24,000 mile warranty from Superior Protection. At the time of purchase the vehicle also had at no extra charge to the customer a 30 day 1000 mile warranty from Gregory Automotive Group Inc. that warranty is a 50/50 warranty on parts and labor after a $100 deductable, knowing this out of the kindness of our heart even though the vehicle had been out of the 30 day warranty by over 2 weeks we decided to try and help [redacted] out as best as we could. We found a shop that was reputable near the location of the break down to try and keep towing to a minimum, we then asked that the vehicle be diagnosed by the shop and if the customer was willing to pay the $100 deductable like her contract states we would be happy to pay 50% of the parts and labor after that. [redacted] stated that she did not have any money and was unwilling to participate in the cost of the repair. I do not see how there is anything more that I could have done to try and make the situation right, she was unwilling to uphold her portion of the warranty contract and at that point there is nothing more that I can do. The vehicle was already out of warranty by over 2 weeks, and the 24 month extended warranty said that it was not a covered item. I am very sorry that [redacted] did not have any money to get her car fixed but I feel that I did more than my fair share to try and help with the unexpected situation. I do not see how she could be asking for $1400.00 in reimbursements as she stated above the cost of the repair was only $465.00 and after her $100 deductable that would only leave $365.00 and 50% of that is only $182.50 which is all that we would have been liable to pay from the beginning under her 30 day 1000 mile warranty contract. Attached you will find a copy of the signed 30 day 1000 mile warranty.

Is there a way where I could just get my money back then I dont have money

right now to get it fixed and the amount they want me to pay I dont have that

but im still paying for my payments on the car which is $298.94 and insurance

$274 thats alot im paying and im not driving so if it could be possible for a

refund

Since the vehicle is financed with an outside lender and not Gregory Automotive Group Inc. unfortunately there is nothing I can do as far as refunding any money or returning the vehicle. If you would like to trade the vehicle in I may be able to help. You will have to come in to the store with your trade and full out an application. At that time I will be able to submit it to the bank and wait for their response. The value of the trade will be assessed based on its current condition and you may require a cash down payment at the banks request. Please contact me at your earliest convince to schedule an appointment for you to come in and we can get this process started. The sooner the better.

Thank you and again sorry for your troubles. I wish there was an easier option but unfortunately your finance contract is not with Gregory Automotive Group Inc. it is with an outside lender that I have no say in the terms of their contracts. I feel as if I did more than my fair share when the vehicle broke down and yea it is unfortunate however all vehicles need repairs some more than others and some more expensive than others. But anything with moving parts will one day need to be repaired or replaced. If they didn't there wouldn't be new cars or mechanics.
