Here is our side of the story, as the customer intentionally posted malicious and statements about our company. We will also now be retaining an attorney to handle and rectify this situation and to protect our company's name.-Customer *** *** places an order for an example power
point presentation. She agrees to the terms and conditions before placing this order, which state the following:A. We provide unlimited rewrites/modifications of all orders within 7-days of receiving it, assuming that the original instructions were not followed.B. When a customer refuses payment, they negate the service order, and have zero rights or exclusivity to the order and/or order information provided.A logical person would understand what these statements mean, but not *** ***.-The original order for was placed on Strategic Estimate was placed on 9/1/with delivery on 9/15/2017. This means that *** would have from 9/to 9/to request any rewrites/modifications for their order.-On 10/(now almost weeks after order was completed), *** contacts requesting a rewrite on her order, with new information which was not originally provided in her order form. We messaged her letting her know that the comments she provided as to "fixes" contain new information, which is against our terms and conditions. Furthermore, the order was completed 7-days ago and is no longer eligible for any corrections.-When *** did not get her way, she then contacted *** *** disputing the charge. She claimed that the service provided was not what she expected. I guess she expected us to continue to edit her presentation based on her professor's comments and help aid her in academic dishonesty.-We received notification from *** *** that the payment was deducted because the customer claims the service was not provided to them, which is obviously false. We contacted her stating that since she refused payment, she is not entitled to use the order in any way, shape or form. Furthermore, we stated that we are no longer bound to the terms/conditions she originally signed off on.-The completed presentation was put online for resale, in hopes of recouping some of the lost money that *** took from our company. When she was informed of this, she claimed blackmail, again not knowing the definition of what blackmail is. Our messages clearly show we are explaining to her the process, not asking her to pay us a ransom for a specific action.-*** then contacted us claiming we have no right to post the order our writer completed, and we now own the exclusivity rights to, online? So let's try to understand this. You were refunded the full amount via *** *** because you felt the order was done incorrectly --even though it was not. But in addition to receiving a refund you want to use the document provided as well? Anyone with common sense can read right through this, she plans on using the order, and does not want to pay for it.Side Notes: -The writer that completed her order spend 4-days working on it and were screwed out of their money as a result of *** ***'s selfish and dishonest actions.-We never knew that *** was handicapped, as we do not see the customer in person, all our orders are handled online. We spoke with her via telephone one time and her personal medical situation was not discussed. She only offered that information for sympathy after the fact.-We have emails to backup all our claims including one which *** says we left a death threat on her voicemail, which she has failed to provide. The ironic part is she paid via *** *** and did not provide a phone number for her order, so we do not even have her phone number on file.To sum it up, it looks like *** purchased the service and when she didn't get her way, she decided to dispute the charge. She then became irate when she found out that she could no longer use the document provided and it maybe resold. She then decided to bash our company online as a result. I guess *** doesn't realize companies spend years try to establish a positive reputation online, and all it takes is one disgruntled customer to ruin that. *** we can only hope our potential customers that read this complaint are smart enough to know what you tried to do here.As mentioned in the beginning of this response, we will have a lawyer rectify this situation and will report back the results

The customers order was not scheduled for completion until 10/3/2016 and they did not contact our office via telephone or email to notify us otherwise.  We have issued this customer a full refund on 9/27/2016 since they are stating they no longer want to proceed with their order.
