Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] I have the original email from [redacted] that states and I quote "This car has been fully inspected by our service department and it passed all of their standards both mechanically and cosmetically!"I'm sure that missing paint and clear coat should not have aloud this SUV to have passed cosmetically I am not trying to get anything extra done just the repairs that should have been done properly the first two times done the right way so my SUV doesn't start to corrode like I stated before and I shouldn't been inconvenienced any furtherI have tried contacting and working with the dealership in the past and they just prolong the situation that's how I ended up bringing it there because they made me feel as if I didn't have a choiceThis is why I reached out to Infiniti Af*s and now the Revdex.com and who ever comes next until my SUV is fixed properly and I'm no longer inconvenienced like I being nowI cant understand why you can corporate with the local Infiniti dealer here to get this matter taking care of if you claim to want to come to an amicable solution

On 9/21/*** *** reached out to our dealership through the internet to inquire about our Certified Pre-Owned *** Limited VIN ***She scheduled an appointment to come in the morning of 9/25/On 9/25/she arrived at the dealership, inspected the vehicle, test
drove the vehicle, and decided to purchase the vehicleShe financed the vehicle through *** bankIn addition to the vehicle itself she also purchased *** *** *** from usThe product was applied to the vehicle before she left the dealership and took delivery of the carShe inspected the car again when she took delivery and did not mention any problems or issues to our staffOn 9/26/we reached out to Ms*** through both email and phone to thank her again for her business and answer any questions about features on the vehicle that may have come up since she took deliveryShe did not respond to our email or calls that day.Several days later Ms*** reach out to the dealership expressing concern that her local dealership in St Louis mentioned that the driver side doors were previously paintedWe confirmed that the doors had been repaired to fix a scratch since any Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is required to have any scratches repaired before the vehicle can be soldMs*** believed that the repair was not acceptable to her so we offered to have it re-done as a goodwill gesture to herSince we take customer satisfaction very seriously we make an effort to resolve issues that are raised by the customer, even though the vehicle may have technically already met Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned requirements.We scheduled a time for Ms*** to bring the vehicle back to us to get the work doneShe brought it to us and we had the work re-doneWhen she came to pick up the vehicle she re-inspected it and she confirmed that it was repaired to her satisfactionShe also had warranty work done at the same time to fix a loose trim pieceWe were extremely clear with her that there would be no additional work done to the vehicle as a goodwill gesture and she confirmed again that she understood that and the repair was acceptable to herWe triple-checked with her to make sure the repair was acceptable since we know she does not live in the area and did not want her to have to make another trip out to usShe assured us that it was good and took back possession of the vehicleSometime after Ms*** contacted Infiniti Consumer Af*s and decided that she was no longer happy with the work that was previously acceptable to herInfiniti Consumer Af*s appears to have decided that the request from Ms*** was baseless and without merit since they did not taken any action or offer any assistance to herMs*** also contact *** *** directly and requested that they cancel the product that she purchased from usAs a dealership we have been unable to make contact with them to verify this request and dealership management has received no correspondence from them regarding any potential refund or pro-rated refund that is due to Ms***If we receive correspondence from them we will process it and refund any monies, if applicable, to her current loan amountAt this time we believe we do not owe Ms*** anything additional and we do not believe that we have done anything wrongShe purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti from us and that is exactly what she receivedIf we receive correspondence from *** *** in the future that monies are due to Ms*** then we refund her the appropriate amount to her existing loan on the vehicleIf Ms*** is still unhappy with the vehicle we would be willing to purchase it back from her for the current *** market travalueWe suggest Ms*** contacts dealership management directly if she wishes to pursue this option

Thank you for the best car buying experience I've ever had! I traveled from Tennessee to purchase a used *** and was very concerned about the condition of the vehicle before I came inI talked with Joey *** in the Internet Department and also with one of the managers Rich *** and they assured me that the vehicle was in excellent shapeOnce I got to the dealership they had the vehicle pulled inside so I could inspect it and they couldn't have been more rightThe whole process went very smoothly and I will consider them in the future when I am looking for my next InfinitiGreat Job!

I went to the service department multiple times for an issue of my car lunging forward, they said all times that there was nothing wrong except the way I was drivingI took my car somewhere else and they cleaned my throttle body and the issue is now fixedAfter talking with a former Infiniti Technician he said that after 20,miles every ten thousand miles Infiniti tech's know to do a throttle body cleaningI also have had other issues with the Infiniti dealer but to save you time I will leave you with this, I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this dealership for ANYTHING

Dishonest and rude dealings with their finance person lead me to walk away from a car I truly wanted to buy from them Discussed pricing and financing with an extended warranty, when came down to actually finalizing the purchase they switched the terms discussed for the extended warranty I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyoneThey did not stand behind their wordI purchased an Infiniti from a more reputable, friendly, truthful dealership/salesman

I am rejecting this response because: car was purchased on 5/10/2016. Title was not given to me at time of purchase as Gregory Infiniti ([redacted]) said I did not need the title as I had a bill of sale. I tried to title in WI the next day & was told by [redacted] that I absolutely needed the title. I called Gregory Infiniti from [redacted] & was treated rudely & again was told I did not need the title. There was no explaining to Gregory Infiniti that WI needs the title. I have indeed received the title but not until 5/26/2016. I would not have needed to contact Revdex.com if it had been explained to me that I needed to wait 30 days. This was not explained at time of purchase & not at the time I called Gregory Infiniti on the next day, 5/11. A written apology would be acceptable along with reassurance that communication to out-of-state buyers will be clear so no one else has to experience this.
