I have been never cited for having a lawn grass height over any legal limitI mowed the areas of the lawn during the intervening weeks as I saw fit which was the agreement as discussedBusiness cannot dictate when, where or how the homeowner should mow the lawn and the agreement is for biweekly cuts and this is the 2nd year of service Owner prefers to name call clients "lazy" and not honor his agreement to mow the lawn for the rest of the seasonOther services mowed my lawn biweekly with no cutting from me at all with zero complaintIt is his responsibility to inform me if there was a grass length issue (WHICH HE NEVER DID) and not price gouge/bait & switch me mid-season into weekly cuts.I have the cancelled checks to prove that we were on a bi-weekly cut basisI paid on time and was polite to him other than our last phone callBusiness owner needs to learn to communicate better and resolve customer issues without name calling and resorting to sarcasm [redacted] ***
The original agreement with the customer was for bi-weekly service but on the off weeks, the customer was to maintain his how lawn (especially during wet periods when lawns need to be cut weekly or even twice a week). The customer was to lazy to mow his own lawn when his grass would get
6-8" tall so the solution was to cancel his bi-weekly service and he would have to commit to weekly service (like most responsible homeowners) or he would have to make other arrangements. Lawn mowers are not designed to cut grass that has grown to 6-8" and I do not operate farm equipment. If the customer can not afford lawn service, he should learn to cut his own grass and therefore save the $a month
I have been never cited for having a lawn grass height over any legal limit. I mowed the areas of the lawn during the intervening weeks as I saw fit which was the agreement as discussed. Business cannot dictate when, where or how the homeowner should mow the lawn and the agreement is for biweekly cuts and this is the 2nd year of service. Owner prefers to name call clients "lazy" and not honor his agreement to mow the lawn for the rest of the season. Other services mowed my lawn biweekly with no cutting from me at all with zero complaint. It is his responsibility to inform me if there was a grass length issue (WHICH HE NEVER DID) and not price gouge/bait & switch me mid-season into weekly cuts.I have the cancelled checks to prove that we were on a bi-weekly cut basis. I paid on time and was polite to him other than our last phone call. Business owner needs to learn to communicate better and resolve customer issues without name calling and resorting to sarcasm.
