Ms*** filed a claim with our office for a damaged item. Claim settlements typically take up to days to complete. The settlement check was mailed to Ms*** on 8/26/16. This issue should be resolved at this time.Thank you,*** ***Corporate Quality Director

This customer should have received the check by now, even with the holiday weekend.  If she has not received it, we will be happy to have the check cancelled and a new one issued.Thank you
