We are so sorry this has happened The customer can come in to pick out a new refrigerator with a full credit toward the new purchaseMark L***President
[redacted] rebate is not due just yet.Our records show that [redacted] received his [redacted] dishwasher on 1/26/16.The rebate takes 8-weeks to process and mail to the customer, this is stated on the [redacted] rebate form, and explained by our salespeople to the customer when they give the customer the rebate form.So actually, the earliest the rebate could arrive to [redacted] if he mailed it on 1/27/16, the next day after he got his dishwasher so he could get the serial number off his unit for his rebate form, would be 3/27/= weeks.The latest he would receive it could be @ 4/10/16, if it takes the entire weeks to processAfter 4/10/16, if he doesn't receive it, and sometimes rebates from all manufacturers get delayed, we will be happy to call [redacted] and help and get it resolved.Sincerely, [redacted]

According to our sales person, *** *** ***, he recalls seeing *** *** in the store a couple of times after his initial purchase, but indicated that *** *** was just looking to see if there was a different feel of a mattressHe did not mention return of the adjustable base to *** ***
He may have spoken to another sales person however.Either way, it sounds like he was told the correct information, in that, the adjustable bases are not returnable A customer may select a different comfort level of mattress up to days, and we will still honor that.The base he purchased was not free, we have had from time to time a free boxspring with qualifying purchases, and some adjustable bases have had a discount up to a $***- depending on the qualifying bedding set and the matching adjustable base that the customer chooses.We will definitely honor our mattress exchange policy.Sincerely,*** *** President

none of the paperwork I received outlined anything about a return policyday buyers beware. I have hired and attorney and will pursue a legal settlement. in addition, I will spread the word to never shop at jeff lynch ever, because of non disclosure of their rip off policy that is not posted or on any of my sales contract. Again this can all be avoided by an out of court settlement..... I also will not be making any more payments for the bed, b/c this company is ripping people off

We do have a policy, it is on our website Our salesperson did not tell her she could return it in days.She told us that it did not go with the other furniture that she had delivered from another store, after ours had been delivered

We have contacted the [redacted]'s, and let them know that we are replacing the [redacted] range in question, and we will be handling the exchange. The replacement will be made after the new range arrives, it is due in at the end of this week, and then we will arrange the installation/swap out....
