I was taken advantage of over an appliance repair Estimate was $400-$ Work was performed for $but the appliance still is broken Owner response said "There are no guarantees." I was asked to pay an additional $to possibly fix the problem....no guarantees you know I am a senior citizen on a limited retirement income
I requested a service call for refridgerator that the ice maker went out of Service call was suppose to be $ The assessment was to be $before tax I opted to not do this because at the rate I may want to choose a new refridgerator So then for about five minutes of looking at my fridge I was also charged labor Which I feel was unjust since nothing was truly done (317-745-& (317-839-9036)
