I received a power wheelchair through Rosa Durable Medical EquipmentI have Medicare and QMB insurance, and presented this to Rosa DME upon acquiring this chairI received this chair on April 30, What I was not informed was that this chair was only meant for use inside of the home, and since I used the chair outdoors, the chair has begun to break downPrior to this chair, I have always had a chair that was meant for indoor and outdoor useThis is my third chairI am in desperate need of a chair that can be used outside of the home because I need dialysisThis chair allows me to go to my appointmentsThis is something my doctor ordered when receiving the chair to begin withThis has to be a power wheelchair because I do not have the strength to use a manual chair due to arm surgeriesWhen I tried to return the chair, they would not accept the chair because of the use outdoors
I signed up with this company on 10/18/the first person never showed up or called, so they sent a young girl with no experience started working the day before, from what my papers show as her start dateShe right away was wanting to change to someone closer to her home, which I understand cause she had to take a bus to me, she said she was going to school but that was untrue, so from the start ,deception***'s found another person 10/24/that started on 10/25/*** was a good worker, OK to get along with, started using personal excuses for not coming to work, which I am depending on her and have no one else, puts me in a bindMy legs infected, need help to clean it and help washing me, I had no shower for weeks, *** was for month showing up here and there, putting off care needed for meSo as of 04/13/had a new girl start that I was hoping had some experience and more stable in her responsibility's, *** had just started this job, no experience, was unsure if it was going to work for me! So my whole issue with this company is, the people they hire need training, to be told this is serious business taking care of sick peopleYou can't put your needs or wants first! We depend on them, we put our lives in there hands, they need to not put there life problems on us that we have to adjust our needs last! They need to know this is not some fly by night job! You have lives in your hands that rely on you! Stop hiring people who just want a job! This is not helping us at all! We need people trained, responsible, reliable, trustworthy, I have been to many times in a short time had my health put at more of a risk by these caregivers! There are plenty more to the stories of each but I'm just trying to get to the point! So now, my health is in a high risk level again because I have no one to rely on! So I have to complain, file, go without because of this company choosing these types of people who should not be in this type of jobs
