I was taken advantage of over an appliance repair. Estimate was $400-$500. Work was performed for $449 but the appliance still is broken. Owner response said "There are no guarantees." I was asked to pay an additional $182 to possibly fix the problem....no guarantees you know. I am a senior citizen on a limited retirement income.
