Household move: The mover damaged a lot of my stuff and didn't provide me the insurance number to file claims. He didn't pick all my belongings and missed a lot of them.

Auto: Instead of moving the vehicle he drove my car all the way and filled the car with a lot of cigarette ash. When asked about it he said he moved it in an auto transporter but has not provided any documentation.
