Each time the pool owner contacted us, we responded in a timely manner and told her we do not offer warranty work for any manufacturers and referred her to the manufacturer's warranty division. The last time the pool owner contacted us we gave her the name and telephone number of the manufacturer's technical service manager for our area. The pool owner stated in her complaint, uthis problem should be the responsibility of [redacted] Technical Specialist." Greg's Pools is not a [redacted] Technical Specialist nor are we a [redacted] Warranty Service Center. The customer needs to contact the manufacturer ([redacted]) who offers the warranty. All warranty issues are the responsibility of and must be directed towards the manufacturer ([redacted]) of the filter. Greg's Pools does not have the authority to resolve the pool owner's warranty issues. The pool owner has provided you (Revdex.com) with the contact information for those able to resolve this matter: Manufacturer- [redacted] Technical Service Manager [redacted] and the [redacted] Warranty Service Station - Aqua Logistics. They are the only parties able to r olve [redacted] warranty issues. [redacted]
