[redacted] [redacted] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This email serves as a notice that I have discussed my complaint with [redacted] at Greiner Motor CompanyWe could not come to an agreementHe was only willing to reimburse me for the expense of the water pumpMr [redacted] also stated that my truck had to have had engine issues before I brought my truck in to have repairs madeFirst, my truck did not have any problems or symptoms of a damaged engine when I first brought my truck to GreinerMy truck was not overheating and there was no white smoke from the exhaustThe technician did not make any note of any these issues or with the oil when it was changedHis claim is preposterousHe also stated that I just arbitrarily decided to have my thermostat changed for no reason because [redacted] stated that I did not mention that my heater wasn't workingAgain preposterousHowever, one would think that if a piece of equipment was installed on a motor that the technician would check to see if that part was working properlyGreiner did notMy truck was returned to me two times without the heating system being checked to determine if it was in good working conditionI maintain that it is Greiner's service employees incompetence that resulted in my truck engine being damaged and therefore needing replacedWhen I asked Mr [redacted] why my truck was returned to me the third time in worse condition that when I brought it in, that is when he stated that my truck was damaged before I brought it in to themHe could not give a reply as to why I was not informed about the engine overheating and no engine tests were performed to determine is there was engine damage before I picked it up the third timeHe simply stated that the amount of time the engine overheated was not sufficient to damage the engineObviously he was wrongI still maintain that Greiner is responsible for the initial amount I submitted.Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The paperwork was taken and I was told the claim was
rejectedPer GM the dealer MUST put the denial in writing and show in detail why the claim was denied with Greiner Buick failed to doThe customer service at this dealer has always been very poor and obviously continues to be when dealing with reimbursements or warranty issues by failing to follow GM requirements.

I am rejecting this response because:
 This email serves as a notice that I have discussed my complaint with [redacted] at Greiner Motor Company. We could not come to an agreement. He was only willing to reimburse me for the expense of the water pump. Mr. [redacted] also stated that my truck had to have had engine issues before I brought my truck in to have repairs made. First, my truck did not have any problems or symptoms of a damaged engine when I first brought my truck to Greiner. My truck was not overheating and there was no white smoke from the exhaust.
