Greph Art Plus Business

Review: I went to do my tax for year 2014 at Graph Art Plus Business. I was told that their fee for getting it done was $290. However, when I got my return in my bank account I noticed that $374.50 was taken out from my return. This amount is $84.50 more than what they had told me they were going to charge for doing my taxes. I tried calling them several times but realized that they listed a fax number rather than a business number where they can be reached. I finally decided to go to the office to get some answers. I spoke directly to the person who did my tax return and she told me that the $84.50 deducted was from bank charges. I called my bank and they said that they don't charge and fees when it comes to tax returns. Moreover, there wasn't any transaction in my statement indicating such bank fees. I'm really upset with the way this Tax establishment do business. They can't be trusted as they take money that's not theirs.Desired Settlement: I would like my $84.50 be mailed to my address.
