I am responding to a letter we received on January 21, 2016 regarding Cross Lakes Apartments and [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] moved out of Cross Lakes Apartments in July 14, 2015 on July 21, 2015 Ms. [redacted] was mailed a check for the amount of $141.45 check number 1355. On December 21,...
2015 check number 1355 was voided out due to never being cashed and over 90 days old. We want to make this matter right so attached you will find a new check for the amount she is requesting. The credit at move out before any other charges was $341.32 and this is what we are refunding her. She provided us at move out the address of [redacted]. Please note that the check will be mailed to that location. If you feel that you need any additional information please feel free to reach out to us.
