parts and services rendered.*** came to GBC for professional services and parts that were received, work order no.***All customers of GBC receive a quote of estimated coast and time on a work orderWhen they drop off their bike customers are given a claim tag and informed of a customary courtesy call to be received at time of work completion*** called GBC prior to courtesy call to see if his bike was done.When told by the mechanic it was not finished, he immediately demanded a discount. *** rudeness over the phone was returned in kind by the mechanic but the work order was completed on the day quoted.GBC Management
