After getting nowhere with the local management team at Gresham Dodge, I was able to track down the actual owner of the company in [redacted].  He reviewed my issues and compliant and that was followed up by providing me a refund.   
Thank you for your assistance with this.  It can be closed now.

My car was NOT towed into Gresham Dodge.. I drove it into Gresham Dodge LIARS. My car had to be towed to a Dodge that wasnt backed up for 4 & 5 weeks like all of the Dodges in Portlad. STOP LYING AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. This is not over. I will take this as far as I possibly can to exploit your shady business practices. Look how many people have complained about your service workers that lie, as well as management. All to keep from fixing your garbage

We made an appointment (they ask the year make and model and problem) to have the wipers fixed. They should make an attempt the have the most common parts available for the problem, for the “appointment”, they can return the unused parts, after all why else make an appointment?
My Wife and I brought the truck to the service dept. at the scheduled time.
Handed over the keys to the service writer.
I told him what was going on, i.e. the wiper motor has no power, it starts out fast and slows to a stop anywhere on the windshield.
It also only has 2 intermittent speeds out of the 10 intermittent settings.
The service writer is writing thing down.
I look over the counter at what he is writing on.
The est$ line he wrote in $125.00.
I comment that the estimate is $125.
He says yes and if they can fix it for that they will go ahead and do the fix, but if it will be more he will call us and let us know what the price will be. My Wife reiterates if it’s more you’ll call and he agrees.
(He never said it was merely diagnostic fee. That he wrote on the Estimate line??)
We did not receive any copies of the papers he wrote on.
He had our key and we left with nothing.
Sometime later he calls us and said that the motor was bad and Chrysler’s part comes with the motor and linkages as a whole assembly but was no longer offering the part, he could get it from eBay or a junk yard.
I said ok and that I like Rockauto.com for online purchases.
Later I called him and said O’Riley’s had the motor in stock and if I bought it could he install it.
He said yes so I bought it, took it to him and they installed it.
He never mentioned any additional price.
He calls at 10 minutes before 4:00pm Satuday (service is closed Sunday and Monday due to New Year’s day).
He says the truck is done then forwards my call to the cashier who says the bill is $500.00 (notice even dollar amount)(not $600 that the dealership wrote to you).
I said no and she transfers me back.
I explain that I bought the parts.
He put me on hold for like 4-5 mins. Then he says how about $300.00(notice even dollar amount again)(and HOW ABOUT?).
I said no. you quoted me $125.0 and never requoted any other price, plus I bought my own parts and brought then to you.
He talks about the tech fixing some wires that took half an hour.
I said it sounds more like $180.00 then. After another hold time, he comes back and says he could let it go for $187.50 (notice not an even dollar).
I said ok, the balance was paid by credit card over the phone and I picked up the truck around 4:30-4:45pm.
First thing I noticed was that the passenger side wiper blade was up about 2.5 inches too high. I turned on the wipers and they worked but when off the left blade was just way too high.
I then tried the intermittent settings and still only 2 speeds out of 10 settings. So nothing fixed there.
Jeremy has tried to contact us but in returning his calls he never answers.
Who is Jeremy? Is he the service manager now? Steve Becker claims to be the service Manager as of 2 month ago according to google reviews “Response from the owner”
Steve Becker’s phone number is different and Jeremy’s is just the business number to the operator.
BOTTOM LINE:
So now they want to give me a $55.00 credit to make it $125 as read through the Revdex.com rebuttal.
And my wiper blades are cockeyed.
The intermittent settings still don’t work.
I have no proof of the tech fixing any wires (and for what? Nothing was improved by that.)
AND they were willing to take $500.00 of my dollars for that.

After speaking with you I believed the misunderstanding was cleared up. unfortunately you experienced some problems with your new truck and rather then allow our
service department to fix the issues you decided that you would not be happy and wanted a different truck. As I explained in our...

conversation, the only way to do this was
to trade in your vehicle. This was due to the fact that we cannot sell a vehicle as new twice. Reselling your first vehicle to another party would require it to be sold as a used
vehicle. I believe after our conversation you understood this. As for the selection of the replacement truck, I agree that we should have taken you out on the lot to pick the
vehicle yourself rather than try to accommodate you by finding a vehicle we thought would work for you. You have been a long time customer and we value your business.
Please understand that the increase in payments was due to going from a 2 wheel drive truck to a 4 wheel drive.

Dealer that had no record of us performing it for this vehicle and unfortunately customer had the work done again and then looked up maintenance records from Gresham  CDJR and noticed we did perform the services that are in question on 04/17/2015 @ 70137 miles.
