I do not understand this complaint. This order was cancelled and refunded on the 17th of December. The two sets purchased were preorders that had not come in...

yet. The buyer messaged asking about the sets and she was told that they had not yet arrived and because of the time sensitivity (she wanted them for a program for the childs school) she would be fully refunded. We did offer to exchange them for something else that was in stock but what she needed was specific and we did not have any Christmas sets in the size needed at that time. She was refunded her full purchase price back to her method of payment and was emailed the receipt for this refund. All of this was also conveyed via email. I thought that this was taken care, so this complaint is un reasonable. We are no longer offering pre order sales because of these types of issues and frustrations. Only in stock merchandise is now sold in our shop.

The correct set was never shipped. Hillary said she would ship it immediately when I contacted her about receiving the wrong set, but I never received the correct one. I finally ordered the correct set from a different company and received it in a timely manner.
The 2T shirt I had ordered in October was for my son to wear at Thanksgiving. It has just been shipped today, January 5th. Receiving the shirt now, a month and a half after Thanksgiving, does not correct the problem in any way. The shirt will most likely not fit him next Thanksgiving.
My request was to have my money refunded. I emailed Little Sweetie Pies three separate times requesting my money back before submitting this Revdex.com complaint. This issue will not be resolved until my money is refunded.

There are no emails from this buyer and we did respond via FB. The fact remains that this order was already cancelled and refunded on the 4th before this complaint was even filed. This non acceptance on the buyers behalf of the response is ridiculous and a complete waste of everyone's time involved.

This is a lie! I can post all emails and messages! And you can see the times and dates and the responses! Yes I did post 15 times on FB only way they would email back! I was told yesterday that they had mailed the pkg! And a tracking number to me which I never received! Finally today after I went thru PayPal to help resolve this and they contacted them did I get a tracking number supposedly the pkg is on way, we will see if it ever gets here! They have made no contact unless forced to!

got mixed up and I thought all of those had been refunded. When you opened the dispute I contacted paypal to authorize the refund and the money has been taken from our side. I looked at it again this morning and it just said being reviewed by paypal. I just got off the phone with them and they said that they would manually close that out today and you should get the money back onto your card or into your account however you paid. I am sorry you had a bad experience and would like to send you a different outfit for your disappointment in not receiving the original one you purchased. I received an email from her on 1/21 at 9:30am letting me know she refunded my money. The money is now refunded. However it would have been nice for her to do this on my 1st email requesting an email and not have to go through the Revdex.com to get contact back from them.

many weeks as it was currently being produced by the manufacture. This customer contacted us and we gave her an expected ship date based upon the arrival date of the product from the manufacture. When the order arrived it was short by half. We are still waiting for the rest of the stock to arrive. We shipped the orders in the order they came in and planned on shipping the rest when the stock came in. A bulk email went out to all customers still waiting for their sets offering to exchange for a different set, refund or ship when they came in. This customer has been fully refunded for this set. We will no longer be offering pre order sales as they cause to much confusion and frustration for customers.

Yes I understand it was a pre order, but I also got an email from u stating my product was shipping out that day and u would provide me a tracking number which I never received, also I contacted u the following week,bc I had not received it and u told me again that it was shipping the next day so I got 2 emails within a week apart with 2 shipping days and still no tracking , very upset as this was going to he used for pictures , I think after waiting 3 months with the crappy customer service I received I should get my money back and my outfit bc as to this day I still haven't gotten my refund back on my card, that u told me 2 weeks ago that u had refunded

This was refunded on December 11th via [redacted] the credit card processor. The refund receipt was emailed to the buyer and I would be happy to provide this proof to the admin of this complaint. This was a again, a preorder that came in short. We did not have all of the stock that was ordered in time for these shipments to go out. We will not be offering any additional remedies to this particular buyer because we do not see her purchasing again in the future, therefore any additional offerings would be un used. Again, we no longer offer preorder sets to avoid these type of issues and frustrations and only offer in stock merchandise that is ready to ship immediately.
