good morning the *** swas bought on 01/19/with miles the car went on a test drive and car preformed as it should about weeks later we received a phone call about a dead pedal I informed Mrs*** to have the car towed to us and gave her our tow company's name ( she was
receiving high eston towing fees) about weeks later I received a call stating her husband did get the car running but then stopped again at that point the car was towed to us we have many cars that we work on during the week her car was put on the list and it did sit for about weeks before we were able to look it over after our in house guys took a look it was determined that the engine was bad ! we then set it up with the shop that we were using for engine R&R the car was there for about weeks! .at this time I believe both Mrand Mrs*** are happy with the out come of this im sorry for the time it did take to get everything handled but engines aren't a easy thing to do I would like to note that the car was sold with over 150XXX miles there for had no warranty we at *** auto sales did cover almost 85% of the bills that did come from this we told the ***s's that we would add the 600.00$ to the end of there loan in witch they said was fine if you need anything els faxed over let me know but as I said above I believe everyone is happy with this outcome thanks rich ***
