I have used Precision for the last three years doe spring cleanup and mulch
The have always been prompt and courteous. I plan to use them next year

[redacted] alleges he went over the job with the consumer at the time of completion and the consumer was very happy with the job. Had the consumer not been happy he would not have paid him. Mr. [redacted] stated he was surprised because the consumer had not been in contact with him.

I was NOT MORE THAN SATISFIED.  I spoke with [redacted] and told him that I was NOT happy with the top soil that was in fact FILL DIRT filled with rocks and stones and gravel and twigs.  Even his workman said that the soil was not quality.  I told him I would withhold the payment until it was corrected.  He asked me to pay the workman and that he would take care of the problem.  So I paid in GOOD FAITH.  [redacted] called and said he'd be out to take care of it.  But I have not seen him since he got paid.  He does NOT return my phone calls even though he said in his last message here that he would take care of it.  
I did not ask for a Refund if he made good on his word.  I only asked for a refund if he refused to fix the problem so that I could hire someone else to do it.  I simple want this mess cleaned up.  I am disabled cannot afford to have this matter taken care of with another contractor.  I am merely asking [redacted] to be good to his word, have some integrity and complete my job.  I just want him to come over and see the problem and fix it.  He made an appointment with me for last week on Saturday, June 13 at 10:00 in the morning and he never showed, and he didn't call.  I rearranged my day to accommodate his schedule and he didn't even have the courtesy to call me.  He is causing me undue stress that I don't need.  
Please.  I need help getting this resolved.

Precision Scape power-thatched, fertilized, top dressed & strawed my lawn about 2 months ago. My lawn came in beautiful. When I called back to ask a question about seed..,they came back free of charge & re-seeded a couple small bare spots I had. Great guys.., Great work!!!

this issue with the next (2) weeks.  That will be the only time they can return, the consumer may also contact their office and provide specific dates that would be comparable.   Otherwise, they will returning on any date within the next two weeks.

[redacted] alleges he has done good work at this property and the consumer was more than satisfied when the job was completed. He is not sure why she rejected the resolution but he is not willing to refund her any money.

We completed the job at [redacted]  on May 14-th. She was very happy with the job except that she did not like the topsoil. We used the same topsoil that he had used in every job and we only buy the product from the same company., [redacted] I had talk to Mis...

The patio was installed as agreed. The customer was informed verbally that there was a potential problem with the patio drain...

which she acknowledged. 
Our sales person made a mistake by failing to have the customer acknowledge the drain problem in writing on the order. Since we do not have written confirmation, we will do the right thing and repair the problem at no cost to the customer.  The customer has been called today to explain the situation. A date will be scheduled next week (weather permitting} for us to repair the drain problem.
The other issue raised in the complaint was that the customer has not been reimbursed for her $45 out of pocket expense. We have been waiting for customer to send us a copy of her receipt so we can.

I had Andi give me an estimate in March of 2015 for mulching the front and backyards; edging all of the beds; fixing my brick pavers walkway from front to the backyard(which the edging for the pavers was all coming up and needed to be reset and many pavers were out of place, too); an area in my front and side yard(where mounds of dirt were piled up from gutter drain tile work that I had completed last fall(this area needed the dirt hauled away, topsoil put down, grass seeded and then straw put down over the seeded area) and spring clean up of the whole yard. Andi told me he would start work on a certain week in April and of course, it depended on the weather. If it had been rainy, that would change the start time. Luckily, the weather was good and they started on time. I had called for the State of Ohio to mark the utilities and I called Andi to have him call and he called and the utilities were marked in case the edging would have cut into the utilities. Andi's work crew completed the work in one day and it was a Saturday, too. Andi did a great job, the brick pavers walkway looked great and the front where the dirt mounds were, the seeded area grass came in perfectly, it took several weeks and I watered every day, twice a day for several weeks, too. I watered the grass seeded area in the morning and evening, for several weeks. I had previous landscapers try hydro-seeding and seeding, but no grass came up. But Andi put topsoil and seeded and the grass came in thick and full after a few weeks. Andi did a great job with the spring clean up of the yard, the mulching of the beds was very nice and gave the yard a nice look. We were very pleased with the work and with Andi's workers, they did a great job! We would use Precision Scape/Andi again for any landscaping needs at our house in the future.

[redacted] did show up with his crew and did work for which we paid him another $800.  However, we are far from satisfied.
Instead of hauling away the cleared material at the back of the property it was simply dumped on the pathway leading to our leaf pile - something we now need to work on.  The driveway was not edged at all (which we had discussed and [redacted] said it was no problem) - my wife and I took care of that ourselves the weekend before last.  We had to wait so long for the service to be completed that my wife had just finished edging, weeding and mulching one of the flowerbeds herself (on top of which they dumped more mulch and claimed to have done it all themselves).  The flowerbeds do not look edged and one whole area of plants were not trimmed - instead the lower branches are simply buried in mulch.  We had expressly detailed that all pavers and decorative stones in the beds were to be removed and replaced after mulching since over time they have sunk into the ground; this did not happen and they became even more buried in dirt and mulch.  The beautiful newer (only installed a year ago) brick paths that we had are stained from the black mulch.
[redacted] never returned to look at the work his crew did - but each time we had spoken to him prior to the work he stressed how "pleased we were going to be with his work."  No way - it has created more work for us to clean up and will take some effort to undo some of the damage.  The more we look at it the more we regret hiring PrecisionScape.
