hello there I am reponding in reference to comlaint that was filed by *** ***i heve reach out to misti and ofored her a free night stay plus I have refund her for her last stasy/i try to get her I room somewhere close to her but I was not able to and I am sorrythat all that i

Revdex.com N Delaware Street #Indianapolis,IN Dear *** ***, On Saturday November 19, 2016, guest *** *** along with *** ** checked into room *** for a two night stayThey did not have any issues with that room the first night,
yet on the second night (around I:OOam) they came to the desk to complain about having bed bug bites and refused to stay in that roomWe acknowledged their concern and offered to move them to room ***We gave them money for laundry so that they can wash their clothes, and gave them large trash bags to put their luggage inOur front desk associate offered, per policy, a one night refund for their troubleIn the moming, when I arrived at the hotel, my staff informed me of the incommoded situationAfter being completely acknowledged about the situation , I instructed the front desk associate to refund *** *** for both nightsThe guests said that they wanted to talk to me and I thoroughly listened to their complains and concernsIthen reassured them that we had refunded them and that we had called our insurance company to make sure that this tU1fortunate situation was handled properlyOn November 22, 2016, we had Orkin come to inspect both room *** and room *** for bed bugsWe then received a report from Orkin stating that there was no sight or evidence of bed bugs in neither room or room On November 23, 2016, I sent the Orkin report to the insurance company to finalize the investigationOn December 1, 2016, I receivl:ld a status update from our insurance company stating that the property was not at fault for the bed bugs and that the insurance company would contact the guest to resolve the issueWe take in consideration of our guests' welfare and safety hence our actions to cautiously and thoroughly resolve this unforttU1ate event that took placeWe are glad that we were able to take care of *** *** and *** ** and the welfare of our other mutually loyal guests I'd like to thank you for taking the time to help our guests and our hotel to be as hospitable as we canIf you have any question, please contact me, thank you Attachments with this letter includes a copy of the Notice Of Receipt Of Claim document, the signed registration card of *** *** and the folio receipt containing: the full refund for the two night stay Regards, Andy H** General Manager
