Ordered an item, received a lesser cost wrong item, they will not return phone calls, they will not send me the correct item, terrible customer service, the worst online buying experience ever
For the first time in 3 years we have not had any trouble or sent a wrong product to a customer if an issue has happened we corrected it and all customers have been very happy and patient while we fix an issue, but we have never sent a wrong item before the customer did not give me time to look into the issue,
Mr. has been contacted nemours times by email and explained that I was looking into this, wrong product shipped and a return slip has been sent to him for return on the wrong item that was shipped, the correct item after learning today that this item isn't available, once I was told this today, a full refund has been issued it takes up to 24 hours to refund, exchange takes a 3 to 5 day process, as explained it does take more than a few hours to complete the task of returning items and or refunds. The question I have is what happens to the product that was shipped to him and my company paid for after refunding the customer? will he send it back as directed is their a customer complaint center on this individual I can contact to dispute that I receive my item back? I have been more then friendly and courteous and explaining the process with Mr. and explained this would be handled once I look into it and it has and again, a return shipping label has been emailed (hope I get my product back) and a full refund has been issued to customer as of this morning after learning that the product is not available. if you have any further questions please contact me at anytime.

No Refund Has been sent as stated by Mr Lawrence, Just checked my Credit Card account & there is No Refund.
I am not the person Mr *** has described of Going to steal his item, After 5 days of receiving wrong item I am finally able to go through the hoops of getting a Return Label.
Again No Refund Has been Issued, As Stated. When Should I send Out The Wrong Item.
When wrong Item was Received, tried calling, no response, tried email, no response, finally tracked him down on Facebook messages.
I asked Repeatedly for a phone call, refused to call, finally after filing complaints, he made an attempt to call.
Now we are here with same thing going on as to what Mr *** is going to do but does not do.
This has been the worst buying experience ever.
He spent more time on his response of me stealing his item than on Customer Service.
The wrong item Is ready to ship out UPS with label On It.
Please Revdex.com Tell me When It should be shipped out.

again, the customer needs to understand everything is a process it just doesn't happen over night, and yes I have verification that the refund was submitted and paid back in full, normally we would not send a refund unless we have our product returned we have yet to see the returned RMA for the wrong product sent. and again this has been the first time this has happened and customer bashed my company on social media becouse they need to understand things take time to fix it just doesnt happen over night.
