Good Morning,I am sorry Mrs [redacted] feels she has been apart of a "fraud" However, this is absolutely not the case It was fully disclosed to Mrs [redacted] in advance the owner’s showing requirements of the property Furthermore, Mrs [redacted] agreed in advance to the owner’s application procedure’s to rent.On September 10, 2015, Mrs [redacted] contacted me thru email in regards to the rental property that I represent on behalf of the owner at W Shaw Butte Drive She was provided information in regards to availability, scheduling of showings and the landlord's pre-qualification questions Please see attached .pdf "Correspondence on September 10, 2015"In response Mrs [redacted] requested to apply immediately and responded to the owner's pre-qualification questions Please see attached .pdf "2nd Correspondence on September 10, 2015" Mrs [redacted] was provided information on where to find the owner’s application.On September 11, 2015, Mrs [redacted] and her roommate Mr [redacted] submitted their application to the owner Please see attached .pdf " [redacted] and [redacted] Application" Per their completed applications, both Mrs [redacted] and Mr [redacted] were advised and agreed that at no time was their application fee to be refunded Also, they both agreed to provide earnest moneys within business days of application approval Please see highlighted areas of application.On September 15, 2015, after the owner processed their applications, Mrs [redacted] and Mr [redacted] received the owner's approval for tenancy Please see attached .pdf “Approved Correspondence September 15, 2015” Mrs [redacted] and Mr [redacted] were not required to pay a “deposit”, but instead earnest money as they agreed to in their applications Mrs [redacted] requested a viewing of the home Again, Mrs [redacted] was advised that the property was tenant occupied and was offered the next available showing time and date based on owners requirements to meet Arizona Statutes Mrs [redacted] contacted me by phone to review the situation and decided not to move forward with the rental.As it is clear, Mrs [redacted] and her roommate, Mr***, were fully advised of the owner’s showing requirements for the property and requested to apply without a viewing Mrs [redacted] and Mr [redacted] agreed to the owner’s application procedures and had full knowledge and agreed that application fees are non-refundable and that Earnest Money was required within days of approval When offered the next available showing time, it was MrsMcMillen’s decision to not to move forward with viewing the property and taking tenancy.Therefore, no fraud has occurred As A-Z Pro Realty nor I are members of the Revdex.com and since the Revdex.com have no authority in this matter, I would like this complaint complete removed from your database Furthermore, since the Revdex.com is an independent agency and not regulated, I would like A-Z Pro Realty and my name removed from all your information I expect no further contact on this issue or any other issue in the future
