I will never use this company againIn years past we had no problemIn-fact they installed our tank back in the 70's and have serviced it through the yearsOriginal ownership has changedThe service man tried to sell us on getting new leach lines during the wettest year on record, fortunately we waited for the water table to go downNow today had rude and unprofessional young man come out for an inspectionHe couldn't even open the tank then accused me of changing the hardware on the risersHe said perhaps he just wasn't strong enoughHe had stripped the screws on itAs soon as he left my husband removed the screws himself "we are senior citizens by the way" Never hire this company, they are the worst!
