Mrs[redacted] did buy a truck on March of this yearUnfortunately? she had a case of buyers remorse a couple of weeks after she purchased the vehicleThe truck was sold to her for $39,before taxes not $47,I also was trying to talk to the customer and maybe find a solution to this
problem, but the customer hung up on me in the middle of the conversationi am sorry that she is upset but after months their is just nothing I can do to help her get out of the truck and into a new one.? Thank? you? [redacted]

We are sorry this misunderstanding that has occurred as we at Alice Chevrolet Buick GMC always strive to conduct business, in a straight forward and honest manorIn regards to the complainant the customers bought he car under pretenses as it was for her grandson and not herselfThe bank
reject the contract in underwriting as this is a violation of the loan agreementWe attempted on multiple occasions to meet the customer to pick up the car and refund the moneys owed, and also had an appointment that he also missed for him to return the car to Alice ChevroletAfter many missed appointments we were final forced to ? call a recovery company to take possession of the vehicleUnfortunately due to the cost of this recovery company their is no moneys to now return to the customer.?

This car was on order form general Motors, and the customer knew that when she purchased the carWe have no control on when the car would be to delivered to Alice Chevrolet from GM only a date range that they provide usThe car did arrive on the last day of this range and the customer took
delivery the next dayThe customer is currently driving the car and is satisfied as far as Alice Chevrolet knows.Thank you? [redacted]
