Denying guests requests to close windows or have the shades lowered to either keep the area warm or dim the area to see and enjoy the festivities of the wedding. Obstructing the jobs of; the photographer, the florist, the chauffeur, and motor-coach operator. Conduct: The conduct of the staff at Greystone was, in short, odious. Greystones misconduct ranged from verbal threats and attempted physical intimidation towards the caterers, to the incessant micromanaging towards the photographer, and florist, and condescending treatment of the guests and wedding party. Much of the poor conduct came to light between the staff at Greystone and the caterer. Greystone constantly yelled, and verbally bullied the caterers (who were doing their job correctly) and also tried to bully the bartenders. At one point [redacted] (some sort of manager at Greystone) threatened to sue the caterers and then brought out a larger Greystone employee to intimidate the caterer, by asking him [caterer] Do we have a problem (while grabbing the caterers shoulder). Moreover, [redacted] began to take pictures and videos using his mobile phone. [redacted] recorded the caterer, and several guests, and neither were asked for consent.
