[ABSOLUTELY NOT. You only reached me because of my complaint here at the Revdex.com website. As far as settling the issue, you are far from it. This issues has not been resolved, and especially has not been resolved to my satisfaction. There has not been any increase in enforcement patrol at this location. There are no signs posted to deter unauthorized vehicles from parking at this location. The unauthorized # you provide and that you encouraged people to call does not help solve the issue because NOBODY EVER answers, EVER. The [redacted] management office continues to say that Greystone is responsible to manage the parking and that they are the ones in charge of maintaining the parking situation in order and under control. I personally called the towing company to tell them about unauthorized vehicles that continue to park in there and they told me that they will not do anything UNLESS Greystone or housing authority calls them, period. This creates a huge problem when you call during off hours because nothing ever happens, cars continue to park over there and take the spots of people who actually pay for those spots. I called Mike from Greystone at  ###-###-####, whom I spoke to after my first complaint and told me he was gonna look into it, talk to the towing company and increase patrolling, and let me know what or how they were going to handle the situation and nothing has happened. I left him messages and he has not even bothered to return my calls. I still demand that they monitor these parkings spaces at Douglas Houses, lot # 3 much more often, in fact on a daily basis to help with this problem. SO, AGAIN I ABSOLUTELY REJECT THIS RESPONSE THAT THEY HAVE SETTLED THE ISSUE AND DEMAND THAT THEY TAKE THIS SERIOUS AND DO SOMETHING AND DO MORE TO COMBAT THIS SITUATION.]

The buisness in addition to having my phone number also has my email so there was no reason to not be able to contact me. I have had the same number for ten years. I got an email Tues stating my application was approved..however I already paid. I should receive a discount for their non communication and poor buisness ethics. I have been waiting months to get a sticker and yet they are still xharging me thw same as if I renewed in april. It is not fair. I have emails to prove they dont respond accodingly and they have not been doing their job. I would like a discount on this. I dont even have the words to describe how poor Greystone handles buisness with customrs. Its reaaly sad I have to even deal with Greystone.

We we successful in reaching the customer and settling the issue. In addition we have requested the enforcement team increase enforcement efforts at this location. We  remind customers that enforcement during business hours is the responsibility of the property manager onsite. After business...

hours there is an Unauthorized Vehicle line which customers should are encouraged to use. Greystone Parking Services also patrol the lots during business and non business hours.

Review: Greystone has been contracted to handle my developments parking for the past two years. They customer service is worst than horrible and because I am at their mercy for my parking space it makes business with them unfair. I have contacted Greystone for over 6 months and to this day have not gotten to speak to a representative. As soon as you call the phone will just ring, or it hangs up on you or after pressing 8 to speak with a rep a message states there are no rep available, it then ask you to press another number to wait or leave a message and when the number is pressed the phone hangs up. I have been trying to pay for a parking spot in my development for over four months. when I spoke with someone towards the end of last year I was told soon we will have to apply online. When I called this year in Jan I was told that even though the new parking year starts in April I would have to pay full years price. so that didnt seem fair so I declined and decided to wait until April. I called in March to find out if I can get an application to start the process. No response ( all month). I had to email the company twice to get a response. I was told that in May we will be able to apply online since I am now considered a new customer since I didnt park last year. I waited. In may I called and called no answer. I went online numerous times and couldn't apply even though it had the link. I waited until June since the site then said we need to wait until June to apply. June [redacted] I went online it was not up to apply and I called and called . NO answer. I emailed and let them know that this is horrible . How can we be expected to pay a full year for parking when they dont make it accessible to pay at the beginning of the pay year . Greystone is basically taking money from "New applicants" . I just emailed them again. because from my previous emails this month you can tell they do no read the emails fully or address the issue. I have copies to prove it. my last email stated that I applied online and requested my old lot and spot. I asked in the email when will I get a response as to when I will get my sticker and I would like to know if it is confirmed that I will get the same spot. The response to my email from Greystone was I can apply online and someone will get back to me 5-7 business days. I already informed them I put in an application and I was inquiring. There was no response to that. I have been diagnosed with [redacted] and this is not fair. I have to wait sometimes over an hour for parking with my child in the car and then walk very far. This could be avoided if Greystone would answer the phone, provided customer service and do what they say they are going to do. I am a resident who is entitled to parking. I have the money to pay , I have all my documents up to date and all my stuff is correct. I shouldn't have to be at the mercy of this Company having to walk in pain when the spot is open and I have been waiting. Even my 7 year old son inquires about the spot and aks when will they send us our parking sticker. It is unfair. I have emails to prove and if you call ###-###-#### wait until the main menu and press 8 for a rep I can bet my life no one will pick up . I have called one day about 12 times and even had my grandmother call because I was at work and couldn't call anymore. They don't respond and why should I have to pay full price when they are not responding or issuing my sticker. it seems like a way to get extra money. please help me [redacted] is very painful and I want to avoid walking far. Greystone is a parking service but are not providing what they are supposed to.Desired Settlement: I want the business to call me ###-###-#### and let me know what is going on with my sticker and to send it out with my lot6 space 22. I can pay credit card, money order, online, in person but I need to speak with someone. I actually would like money off of my payment since this is their fault that I do not have a sticker. had they made the site accessible with the link like they say I wouldn't be forced to pay 272 to receive my sticker God knows when and others pay in April and pay 272. its not fair. Review: I submitted a application and fees for a parkign sticker back in June 2015. I recieved a confirmatiuon via email after I sent many inquired about the statue. I was granted a active [redacted] parking number in ggthe middle of July with no supporting documentation (my parking sticker). I contacted Greystone again, inquring about my sticker, I finally get a response on 8/* stating that my sticker was mailed out on 8/*. Today is now 8/** and I have not recieved my sticker. I have a paid parking space and no sticker so, needless to say, I cant park in my own paid sppot without the risxk of being towed. All means of communication to Greystone are non-effective and it take two weeks to retuen a simple email.Desired Settlement: My parking sticker and billing adjustment for two months.

I had send several e-mails to them trying to get any type of answers; What I received back was many different questions, which I had answered to them.

I live at the same address provided in my information to you and the name of [redacted]'s development is "BOSTON SECOR".

I had gotten a $60.00 dollars parking ticket cause in my struggle try to find a space to park; I end up doing it in a wrong spot.

I feel very disappointed with Greystone Parking Services.

Review: I applied for a permit from Greystone parking facilities last year and sent a money order for $150.00 after checking over the phone to ensure an availability of parking near my job. Once I got my permit I drove over to the housing (Adams in the Bronx) and found there wasn't a parking lot at all. It was under construction for a whole year. I called and I was told I could park in another housing project much further away. I wrote emails asking for a refund and never got a response nor my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to be given a refund due to lack of service.

Review: Hello my name is [redacted] and I live at [redacted],Ihave a parking spot that I have been paying for years and every year you have to send in all your auto info so you can get your new parking sticker for the year.You send in copys of your drivers license and registration with the payment then they sent you your parking sticker.This new company graystone parking the parking for the new york housing and there have been nothing but problems.I brought a new car from potamkin dealership and they take care of all the DMV paper work plates tags and registration,they give you a temporary for the car until the permanent one comes in the mail.So I send them everything that they request just like a have always done in the past.For some reason they keep sending everything back saying they need the original.Iv sent e-mails trying to explane that when you buy a new car from the realer all you get is a temporary certificate of registration.I,v been calling there office for over two weeks and no one ever picks up the phone,I have even went to there office at [redacted] and I was not aloud to go up to there office and I found that very strange that you are not aloud to go talk to then face to face.Im not the only tenet that has had a problem with graystone parking services.This temporary certificate of registration is a legal document from the DMV and I don't understand why graystone is not excepting it.Desired Settlement: I would like graystone to stop playing this cat and mouse game and sent me my parking sticker and do the right this and send me my parking sticker so I can keep parking like have been doing for years thank you.

Review: I paid Greystone Parking Services $340.00 for a reserved parking spot. They were very quick to charge me the money but not quick at all to answer my calls, emails and messages that I sent them. The problem is that other unauthorized vehicles park in my spot and Greystone does nothing to stop this from happening or even manage the parking situation. When you have an issue and you call them, they NEVER EVER pick up the phone. The answering system tells you to call Housing Office, when you call [redacted] office, they tell you that they have nothing to do with parking and that you should call Greystone. And they are right, Greystone are the ones managing these parkings so they are responsible for anything related with them. They have to signs saying that the parkings are reserved and they do not even patrol them to enforce proper parking. This situation can be potentially problematic in which you can get into a big problem with another illegally parked vehicle owner that does not care about parking rules or regulations. It can lead to a NASTY and potentially violent confrontation with someone else especially if you try to have that illegally parked car, towed. People kill people for things like these, we see it all the time on TV, situations in which people stab, shoot and kill others in road rage. They need to be more responsible in managing these issues and be responsible enough to answer phone calls or messages. It seems like a complete scam. They send you a sticker to put on your car and tell you that that is your spot but they NEVER take responsibility to enforce legal and correct parking. In other words, some people are paying them money for absolutely nothing because they cannot guarantee your parking after you pay them.Desired Settlement: #1. I want them to properly manage the parking situation, I want them to post signs and to patrol that parking lots so that people that are not supposed to be parked there take advantage of others who actually pay. In other words, I want them to enforce parking rules. #2. I want them to install chains or locking arms to prevent unauthorized vehicles from parking illegally. #3. I want them to answer their phone when people call and to take care of the people that they are very quick to get their money from. I also want them to call me (###-###-####), and tell me what they are going to do about this issue. #4. If they are not going to do anything about this, then I want Greystone Parking Services to be shut down completely and permanently for scamming people and stealing people's money. If they do not respond to these issues then they need to bu put out of business PERIOD.
