I have attached copies the emails, As oftoday we have not received a response to date.According to his lefter to you, He has had the product...
for 1% months and states it is nowdefective.In regard to product warranty. Our policy is like most retail stores,We do not manufacture the products we sell. Therefore, the product is warranted by themanufacturer. We have a 30 day return policy with receipt. After the 30 days, the customerbecomes responsible to return the product directly to the factory so they can honor theirwarranty. We do not have the discretion or permission to return these products.I have attached a copy of our terms of sale for your review.We value each and every customer and want to resolve this issue. Review: I purchase a brand new scope from the retailer only to find it defective. upon return to the store I was told that I must return the scope to the manufacturer at my own expense. they will not return a new product that was defective at the time of sale no retail store should be permitted to do this the manufacturer requires $15.00 plus return shippingDesired Settlement: someone to come to me and exchange the defective product I already drove 1.5 hours it is their turn
