Could you please reopen my complaints wth a [redacted] and [redacted] Ihave seen my information and that of my relatives on both sites again I filed reports with the Revdex.com just a few months ago to remove this information after asking them repeatedly to remove it and following their formal process I would like each company to a) remove the information and b) provide a written letter addressed to myself confirming that the information will never again appear on their siteI cannot go through this process every months! It is unfortunate that this patient did not have an understanding of his insuranceWe received his dental information from [redacted] by faxThis patient's insurance company states that they cover 100% of preventive care: however, they do not make it clear that 100% is usually based on a negotiated amount determined by the insurance company and the employerDepending on the policy the patient portion can varyWe try to explain that we are a fee for service provider and that any portion not covered by insurance is the patient's responsibility, obviously this patient did not understand that.This patient states that he did not wish to pay anythingIt is unfortunate that the person he initially spoke with did not pick up on his resolve not to pay for anythingIf they hadI assure you we would not have scheduled himAs soon as it was apparent that he did not understand his insurance, we did a predetermination for treatment diagnosed during his exam.We work with our patients to make sure that they understand their benefits and receive the maximum allowable from their insuranceIt is Important that patients are aware that their policy is unique and that many employers buy a plan based on a desired premium.I have attached what his insurance company sent to us.We will forward him a reimbursement of the he paid and suggest that he contact [redacted] to find a dentist that provides the "discounts" that he is seeking.Karen SC [redacted] My Dental CareAllisonville RoadFishers, IN 46038317-849-
