I can't locate the [redacted] lease papers,we have taken to the dealership for numerous recalls,the vin number is [redacted] I don't see how the dealer can't locate this lease transaction

the whole reason I filed this complaint wasn't for my rain guards,it wasfor the upgrade to my radio in my new car that they said they could do,andi made appointment dropped off the car and couldn't do when I told themwhat I wanted done.they lost one of the rain guards when they had thecar,this whole thing was supposed to be a surprise,and I had to plan it outscrewing up my work schedule and everything else that followed it,if thisdoesn't get resolved by the end of the week I'm going to my local newsstation.and yes I work 12-hours a day on the road and can't talk on thephone

I would like my complaint reopened for as I never spoke with the dealership.thanks

Mr [redacted] was very helpful and understanding ,He apologized for the employees actions as stated on original complaint and made it clear that's not how I should've been treatedHe said I would be refunded the $warranty and should be debited within days .The amount will reduce the loan to and should reflect in daysMr [redacted] and Salemsan [redacted] where the only two that were caring and offered great service ,They are both great asset to that company they were extremely helpful ,hopefully they both continue to work there and train the others in great customer service.I have foward a copy of this to both the RI [redacted] complaint division Regards, [redacted]

This customer was refunded on October 31st Her credit card was refunded

We apologize for miscommunication on our end the money was refunded on June 2nd

The trim was revealed in the original emailsNothing was hidden from the leadershipYou can easily refer to the email threads attachedNo one can force the leadership to do business with someone but they provided a quote knowing all the facts and then retracted it accusing me to hiding facts (and still are) on the tradeIt is the dealership s choice to not to do the right thing by honoring the deal stated in emails, first and then nowEverything is in the emails, black in white.

I would like to set up a time to review this with the customer in person

The issue with the *** roof leaking needs to be addressed with the manufacture at this time since there is no fix here at the dealership which we will help out with starting the process with Chrysler in anyway that we canIn regards to the comments of the reasoning of being a women and too
short my technician was trying to explain that even they need two people to remove the *** tops when they come in to our service shop so I would like to apologize if he came across rude and I apologize for the miscommunication on our end
