I purchased a VW Jetta wagon from this dealer The car was a diesel and had only 40,miles They assured me that they had gone though the car and it was in great shape Within days I had to spend $to rebuild the air conditioning Within months the transmission had to be replaced - $ VW denied a warranty claim because the car had a trailer hitch No one ever wired up lights so I assumed the little hitch receiver was for a bike rack I tried to get this dealer to confirm with the previous owner if they had ever towed a trailer The dealer would not help Would not return phone calls I was not asking them to pay I was only asking for help with a warranty claim against VW Worst experience Shady dealership The finance guy "***" won't return phone calls RUN from this place unless you want to get screwed after the sale

I purchased a 2010 VW Jetta wagon from this dealer. The car was a diesel and had only 40,000 miles. They assured me that they had gone though the car and it was in great shape. Within 30 days I had to spend $2000 to rebuild the air conditioning. Within 4 months the transmission had to be replaced - $6000. VW denied a warranty claim because the car had a trailer hitch. No one ever wired up lights so I assumed the little hitch receiver was for a bike rack. I tried to get this dealer to confirm with the previous owner if they had ever towed a trailer. The dealer would not help. Would not return phone calls. I was not asking them to pay. I was only asking for help with a warranty claim against VW. Worst experience. Shady dealership. The finance guy "[redacted]" won't return phone calls. RUN from this place unless you want to get screwed after the sale.
