Griffeth Honda

I leased a 2017 Honda Pilot from Griffeth Honda in ***, ***. I replaced the tires 2 weeks before returning the leased vehicle with new winter tires. These are the same tires that are placed on Hondas by a Honda dealer in ***, ***. This cost me $600. the tires had less than 500 miles on them. They did not have studs in which case I would understand. The inspector sent from *** failed the tires because they were snow tires and not "OEM" equipment. They charged me $300 per tire for a total of $1200. Vehicles in northern *** require winter tires for safe operation of the vehicle. These are top of the line tires. I believe their refusal to accept these new tires as an unethical practice.
