On a Sunday when the business was closed she dropped the car and a better off and gave to a gentlemen that skys on our premises. She told him to give us the letter. In the letter she demands she gives us 2 days or 48 hrs to give her money back for [...] plus all parts that she put into it or she would take legal action. She stated in the letter with the Revdex.com that I told her that the Tranny was bad. Wouldn't you think if I told her that she shouldn't have purchase it. I never said such a thing that was untrue. on Monday 9/25/17 I spend the business.I went out to check the car to see what the problem was. I put in gear and car wouldn't so. The letter she dropped to me when she left the car never stated that Tranny was bad just other things so I get a surprise when I went out to check it. She just brings car here demanding refund two day later on 9/26/17 Hecter [redacted] had called and spoke to me and said who she was and what are we going to do about it. She wants return and a ptt money back. At that time I told her I was sorry but when I sold the car to give it Ram drove very good. I told her that my father had been in business 35 years we don't sale bad cars to people if they have problems. We do drive them a week or so before we put out for sale just to make sure its a good car to pass to someone else. When she purchased the car it was running and shifting good I'm not sure what happen to it in almost a month that she had it. I told her sorry but the cars are as is you never know what or how long they will last. I apologized to her for this happening but she has been very aggressive from the beginning and no talking to her she state she will just [...] car is still at the business and I'm asking that she comes and picks it up.Thank you.
