For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Actually, not all funds were received in the time frame we were told they would be, specifically, HELOC did not pay off until two days after the expiration of the pay off offer and deadline for our next monthly paymentWe ended up paying an additional $to Bank of America as a result; that is not refundable because it was the regular monthly amount due (mostly interest)m which was charged and paid PRIOR to the account being paid off(A check in the mail is not an account paid off and cannot be considered as such.) So, we did get a "hit" -- to our finances. I asked Ali twice in writing to push back the signing so that the payment dates would be met and the amounts paid would be accurateShe assured us we did not need to rewrite the paperwork for the later date to give time for the paperwork to process in a timely mannerClearly, we did need to do exactly what I asked to do and what your company refused to do(I assume you did not want to spend the extra time doing that because you were in a hurry to make a buck and did not care about your customer.) If you would like to resolve the issue by paying us the $we lost, we would be willing to call that a good compromise. As it stands now, I am disappointed in your service, and that is the message I have shared and will continue to share

day your loan funded, without providing enough time for your funds to hit your account Attached are all the records that the your funds were disbursed at 8:10am the following business day (Monday, July 10th) Also, attached is the check dated Friday, July 7th that was overnighted to Bank of America to pay this loan. The FedEx tracking (attached) for this check shows a date of 7/ The only response we received from you was on Friday after hours (and again on Saturday), however there was nothing our employees could do in terms of confirmation until Monday morning (the next business day).All funds were disbursed in a timely manner and no late charges or credit hits were put on you. Griffin Funding has now taken care of two refinances for us. After the first one last year we were so pleased with the experience that we came back to Griffin when my husband became eligible for a VA Loan. Refinancing is undoubtedly a lengthy and stressful process, but everyone at Griffin Funding made our experience as pleasant and painless as possible! There were so many people ready to answer any and all of our questions at any time of day (and believe me, we had a lot). We did a lot of comparison shopping before making any decisions, and Griffin was definitely able to get us the best rate possible with the lowest fees. I want to give a special shout out to Michael, Kristi, and Lien, who were outstanding to work with and really made us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way! We will definitely recommend Griffin Funding to all our friends and family in need of a home loan!

Was a very good experience with Wiiliam and everyone at Griffin funding Inc. They did everything for me and made my refi painless. I don't have one reason why you would use any other lender. I've already set my brother-in-law up with them and he feels the same way. Awesome people.
