Review: I run a club for high school students who have ordered shirts from Griffin Graphics in Carlsbad, CA. The shirts were ordered and money was paid in full at the beginning of December. A partial order was delivered to me on December 18, 2013. I contacted the company the next day to let them know I was without my complete order. They told me I would have the merchandise at the start of January. It is now February and I am without the rest of my order. I have called and emailed several times only to get promises that the shirts will be here the next day. I still don't have a completed order. I have asked for my money to be refunded if they can't fulfill the order so that I can take the order to another business. I have not received my money.Desired Settlement: I would like my order completed and my merchandise given to me or a full refund ASAP.
