Because it was “preexisting” and she wanted to know how quickly bees could build in order to dis-prove that fact it was “preexisting to the Warranty Company” SEE TEXTThats why we wereso SHOCKED when she started to question our workThen by the time we talked to [redacted] she was fully aware that this was a pre-existing matter and she couldn't get the Warranty Company to cover itWhich is why knowing she had only owned her home for less than weeks – we asked if she had a home inspectionShe informed us that she waived her rights for a home inspectionSEE TEXT...Jeff told her that we would re-inspect the location of honey but if it isn't in the same location or anywhere near the original location where we did our repairs there would be an additional chargeAlthough we have a warranty for days the entire carport or home or future honey in any other location isn't included in that warrantySEE RECIEPT: All of the honeycomb that was visible was removedI (JEFF) was not able to see any of the other area of the carport due to obstructed viewday warranty is included if Bees re-infested THE AREA THAT WAS TREATED we will come out and take care of them at no chargeJeff told [redacted] he would re-inspect and let her know the additional costSEE TEXT On 5/8/Jeff informed [redacted] he would be there [redacted] messaged back asking for the following daySEE TEXT 5/Jeff was to return the property and [redacted] refused saying she will not homeSEE TEXT Jeff responded saying “ok let me know which day works for you and I will come by and investigate the dripping honey.” [redacted] did not ever respondJeff messaged asking if he could come by and there has not been a response from [redacted] to re-inspect the warranty area or inspect the new locationSo by law until we receive approval from customers we do not go on the property[redacted] at that point messaged her Realtor Mr [redacted] berated our work and spoke of us completely negativeMr [redacted] who asked us if we were willing to return at no costWe told Mr [redacted] the same as we told [redacted] – if there is more honey in new locations someone will have to pay the additional costsMr [redacted] who was a customer of GPM for over yrs both personally and professionally told us that he may no longer use us because of [redacted] 's claimsAfter telling him we have texts and phone records showing [redacted] was happy until the new location was foundMr [redacted] told us he was willing to go with us if we return to do the work and will tell [redacted] everyone wants to be paid for the work they do At that point we were waiting to see what [redacted] wanted done- since she still had not responded to the texts about returning[redacted] called on 5/16/SEE phone RecordsAgain we told [redacted] that the warranty is covered at only that locationWe asked to inspect the new location to give her a price [redacted] then hung up on JeffSEE Text of Jeff texting her after she hung up.Jeff called on the business number and at that point [redacted] was not texting or picking up the phone for any incoming phone calls from that number but still saying we aren't returning calls or following through on our warrantiesSo Heather called on her number which was a new numberAnd [redacted] picked upAgain Heather via GPM told [redacted] that if there is additional honey in other locations warranties don't apply and there will be additional costs [redacted] informed Heather she was at work and that she would call her back after work or that eveningVerizon Records show that she has never called and talked from her cell number or her work number and texted Heather [redacted] was clearly told that Heather's was available to take care of future business or requests.SEE GPM's phone records of ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### and Heather's personal cell ###-###-#### [redacted] said she tried to calls us or get a hold of us-- which for the entire month she didn'tYou can see all calls which we spoke ofThere are no emails, texts, voicemails or calls from her to have us follow up to do the workThe few calls she did make note that she never left a voicemail or text or talked to a person about returning for any inspection for the warranty or the new location of the honey. As far as the wall repair as Noted aboveWe also received [redacted] 's email SEE EMAILTelling us that she didn't get an invoice for the ”For whatever patch work he did after the beehive removal” -SEE EMAILNOTE: This is completely contrary to [redacted] 's statement with the Revdex.com which was that “ they charged $for drywall that was never installed”As you can see on the pervious TEXT and now Email that [redacted] was aware, happy and agreed of this additional cost of $GPM emailed [redacted] SEE EMAILS [redacted] again saying she never received “drywall repair” although days before she acknowledged it ?? And then that we ignored her and refused to come outWhich that isn't the case we needed to have a clear understanding before because as you can see above now isn't responding, hanging up and twisting words. On this email she said that she “Paid a new company $800”However if you see the Revdex.com claim now she is saying she paid “$1465”So we are not sure of the amount [redacted] paid since she has said different amounts of over $difference? But we bring this up because we have always said to [redacted] we will cover the location of where the honey, dead bees and honeycomb and even if bees return to that locationBUT if there are bees, honey or anything in a new location there will be an additional feeWhatever cost the 3rd company charged we can all only assume -since GPM was NOT allowed to return and there are no pictures in this Claim that honey was in the entire carport or a sizably large amount in these other locations.NOTE: [redacted] , Jeff or the other worker couldn't look through walls or know since the home was only owned by [redacted] for less than weeksSEE TAX RECORDS of purchase of homeAlso [redacted] “waived the inspection of the home because it was remodeled and sold by City of PhoenixBut NOTE the ATTACHMENT that the home was VACANT for over days and [redacted] only owned it less than weeks [redacted] 's due diligence to get a home inspection- she waived which is when she could have possibly known if the bees where there and had been there for weeks, day, months or years. As a company with no complaints on Revdex.com or other customer sites for yearsWe truly always try to make things right by our clientsHowever after offering to make things right [redacted] emailed us and told us to "at this point you can handle the situation as you please." [redacted] never requested for us to do anything else or asked any of the refund we offered priorWe were shockedwhen she filed a claim a week after with Revdex.com.Griffin Pest Management at this point, can only say we have always tried to make every job right bythe clientHowever, as we have shown we did everything we could do for her and was approved by her to doShe had another company come out and remove the honey from the “ lower half” of her carportThat other company charged her accordingly just as we wanted to do as wellWe are grateful that she took our advice to continue to investigate for more honey, honeycomb and have it removed from where she said there was honey dripping fromPlease NOTE this is why the 3rd company priced accordingly (our cost $vs their cost $800)Either way the work that GPM did wasn't voided so being paid $is very reasonable for the front half of the carport that she requestedSo at this point she chose another company to do the “ lower half” so there is no way to remedy this claim

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There are two parts to this complaint: 1) Griffin Pest Management is trying to charge us $for services never performed We have never signed off on any services performed by Griffin I will gladly pay the bill if you can provide proof that I signed off on the services 2) Griffin is charging us a $finance fee on top of the $ There is no law nor contractual obligation that allows for them to charge this fee Regards, [redacted]

Griffin Pest Management's statement has and always been with [redacted] is that we will and would warranty the original location of where the honey and honeycomb was. [redacted] texted messaged us a video SEE VIDEO ATTACHMEN note the last frame where the bees were-(on the outer part of the carport by...

the home) . We saw the location and we priced accordingly. [redacted] was personallyaware that holes or exposed areas needed to be sealed up after the process to prevent more bees from returning. SEE TEXT [redacted] asked for honey, honeycomb and wall to be fixed. SEE TEXT--- The night of 5/2/17. Jeff the owner of Griffin Pest Management and another worker went to [redacted], Phoenix, Az. They met [redacted] after the 1st pest control company had made holes in the wall and placed a pest strip in the wall of the carport to kill the bees. When Griffin Pest arrived [redacted], herself, showed them the right top corner of the carport (closest to the home like in the video) that was open and there was sections of the carport wall opened and exposed on either side of the carport. These were removed from the 1st Pest Control Company. [redacted] showed us thelocation. We removed the honey and honeycomb from the area. [redacted], Jeff and the other worker all inspected the hole after honey, dead bees and honeycomb was removed. [redacted] looked in the hole just like Jeff did before she left the property. She at no time asked for an inspection of other areas, nor did she suggest that there could be honey in another location or if she had seen bees in any other location before she left for the evening. She left GPM to finish the work. After [redacted] left we continued to clean up and fix the wood of the carport. GPM did put pieces of wood behind the pieces that were falling down so the pieces couldn't fall and sealed them up as best as possible. Unlike what the customer suggested “drywall” the carport needed wood and sealed with drywall mud. Two dayslater 5/4/17 [redacted] texted Jeff to question him if...”drywall” repair was need. Jeff responded SEE TEXT-[redacted] responded SEE TEXT “ Ok sounds good!” Approving of all the work and the wall work.Owning Griffin Pest Management for 10 years and being licensed with the Office of Pest Management for 16 years. I have never had any claims or complaints filed or even suggested like [redacted]'s claim. TEXTS, EMAILS and PHONE RECORDS all show that we did the work [redacted] asked for, approved and even requested herself. However when honey started to spill out of her carport in another location 5/4 at 8:23pm is when [redacted] became unhappy. SEE TEXTWe asked [redacted] if honey was in a new location. SEE TEXT She responded saying it was “ lower half” of the carport.Fact is the honey spilling out from another location was a shock to everyone including [redacted] who had only owned the home for weeks. SEE TAX RECORDS. To our surprise, By the time GPM had talked to her she had already called her home warranty company and was aware that they wouldn't cover it?!? Because it was “preexisting” and she wanted to know how quickly bees could build in order to dis-prove that fact it was “preexisting to the Warranty Company” SEE TEXT. Thats why we wereso SHOCKED when she started to question our work. Then by the time we talked to [redacted] she was fully aware that this was a pre-existing matter and she couldn't get the Warranty Company to cover it. Which is why knowing she had only owned her home for less than 6 weeks – we asked if she had a home inspection. She informed us that she waived her rights for a home inspection. SEE TEXT...Jeff told her that we would re-inspect the location of honey but if it isn't in the same location or anywhere near the original location where we did our repairs there would be an additional charge. Although we have a warranty for 30 days the entire carport or home or future honey in any other location isn't included in that warranty. SEE RECIEPT: All of the honeycomb that was visible was removed. I (JEFF) was not able to see any of the other area of the carport due to obstructed view. 30 day warranty is included if Bees re-infested THE AREA THAT WAS TREATED we will come out and take care of them at no charge. Jeff told [redacted] he would re-inspect and let her know the additional cost. SEE TEXT On 5/8/17 Jeff informed [redacted] he would be there. [redacted] messaged back asking for the following day. SEE TEXT 5/9 Jeff was to return the property and [redacted] refused saying she will not home. SEE TEXT Jeff responded saying “ok let me know which day works for you and I will come by and investigate the dripping honey.” [redacted] did not ever respond. Jeff messaged asking if he could come by and there has not been a response from [redacted] to re-inspect the warranty area or inspect the new location. So by law until we receive approval from customers we do not go on the property.[redacted] at that point messaged her Realtor Mr. [redacted] berated our work and spoke of us completely negative. Mr [redacted] who asked us if we were willing to return at no cost. We told Mr. [redacted] the same as we told [redacted] – if there is more honey in new locations someone will have to pay the additional costs. Mr. [redacted] who was a customer of GPM for over 7 yrs both personally and professionally told us that he may no longer use us because of [redacted]'s claims. After telling him we have texts and phone records showing [redacted] was happy until the new location was found. Mr. [redacted] told us he was willing to go with us if we return to do the work and will tell [redacted] everyone wants to be paid for the work they do.  At that point we were waiting to see what [redacted] wanted done- since she still had not responded to the texts about returning.[redacted] called on 5/16/17 SEE phone Records. Again we told [redacted] that the warranty is covered at only that location. We asked to inspect the new location to give her a price. [redacted] then hung up on Jeff. SEE Text of Jeff texting her after she hung up.Jeff called on the business number and at that point [redacted] was not texting or picking up the phone for any incoming phone calls from that number but still saying we aren't returning calls or following through on our warranties. So Heather called on her number which was a new number. And [redacted] picked up. Again Heather via GPM told [redacted] that if there is additional honey in other locations warranties don't apply and there will be additional costs. [redacted] informed Heather she was at work and that she would call her back after work or that evening. Verizon Records show that she has never called and talked from her cell number or her work number and texted Heather. [redacted] was clearly told that Heather's was available to take care of future business or requests.SEE GPM's phone records of ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### and Heather's personal cell ###-###-####. [redacted] said she tried to calls us or get a hold of us-- which for the entire month she didn't. You can see all calls which we spoke of. There are no emails, texts, voicemails or calls from her to have us follow up to do the work. The few calls she did make note that she never left a voicemail or text or talked to a person about returning for any inspection for the warranty or the new location of the honey. As far as the wall repair as Noted above. We also received [redacted]'s email SEE EMAIL. Telling us that she didn't get an invoice for the ”For whatever patch work he did after the beehive removal” -SEE EMAIL. NOTE: This is completely contrary to [redacted]'s statement with the Revdex.com which was that “ they charged $100 for drywall that was never installed”. As you can see on the pervious TEXT and now Email that [redacted] was aware, happy and agreed of this additional cost of $100. GPM emailed [redacted]. SEE EMAILS [redacted] again saying she never received “drywall repair” although days before she acknowledged it ?? And then that we ignored her and refused to come out. Which that isn't the case we needed to have a clear understanding before because as you can see above now isn't responding, hanging up and twisting words. On this email she said that she “Paid a new company $800”. However if you see the Revdex.com claim now she is saying she paid “$1465”. So we are not sure of the amount [redacted] paid since she has said different amounts of over $600 difference? But we bring this up because we have always said to [redacted] we will cover the location of where the honey, dead bees and honeycomb and even if bees return to that location. BUT if there are bees, honey or anything in a new location there will be an additional fee. Whatever cost the 3rd company charged we can all only assume -since GPM was NOT allowed to return and there are no pictures in this Claim that honey was in the entire carport or a sizably large amount in these other locations.NOTE: [redacted], Jeff or the other worker couldn't look through walls or know since the home was only owned by [redacted] for less than 3 weeks. SEE TAX RECORDS of purchase of home. Also [redacted] “waived the inspection of the home because it was remodeled and sold by City of Phoenix. But NOTE the ATTACHMENT that the home was VACANT for over 200 days and [redacted] only owned it less than 3 weeks. [redacted]'s due diligence to get a home inspection- she waived which is when she could have possibly known if the bees where there and had been there for weeks, day, months or years. As a company with no complaints on Revdex.com or other customer sites for 10 years. We truly always try to make things right by our clients. However after offering to make things right. [redacted] emailed us and told us to "at this point you can handle the situation as you please." [redacted] never requested for us to do anything else or asked any of the refund we offered prior. We were shockedwhen she filed a claim a week after with Revdex.com.Griffin Pest Management at this point, can only say we have always tried to make every job right bythe client. However, as we have shown we did everything we could do for her and was approved by her to do. She had another company come out and remove the honey from the “ lower half” of her carport. That other company charged her accordingly just as we wanted to do as well. We are grateful that she took our advice to continue to investigate for more honey, honeycomb and have it removed from where she said there was honey dripping from. Please NOTE this is why the 3rd  company priced accordingly (our cost $300 vs their cost $800). Either way the work that GPM did wasn't voided so being paid $300 is very reasonable for the front half of the carport that she requested. So at this point she chose another company to do the “ lower half” so there is no way to remedy this claim.

I could not make sense of the email received from Griffin. -Stating facts not feelings is all I am here for; I was surprised and they were surprised but who cares- anyone with bees would be in shock.- I am addressing the business issue. Revdex.com'S $165 Griffin $400 Beehive $800 initial quote was $900  //totalpaid $1365 / simple math no variance. see attached; griffin offered a 100 refund.  charging someone to do extermination when a prior company exterminated is fraud; also charging a client to replace drywall and never install drywall is fraud. Refusing to honor a warranty that was valid for 30 days is a rip off and whether the Revdex.com acts on these claims or not- this company is not a trustworthy company. I have a text message from the owner Jeff gRIFFIN - stating he will refund the $100 for the drywall because the "guy he brought with him" is not an actual employee of Griffin pest management. They claimed to remove all of the honey yet there was honey dripping down the wall in the following days after Griffin came-- and the company at minimum could have returned  -- they never properly opened the wall and removed honey also- leaving honey all over my wall, porch floor and in my trash can-- which they later apologized for. Revdex.com did not make any holes in any walls as Griffin is claiming- they simply exterminated. False accusations is not going to resolve the issue that they GRIFFIN failed to remove "all" the honey on the first visit- which caused it to leak and drain from top down the inside of the wall....concluding that the area is and always was at the same area of the home. My home warranty does not cover BEES only other termites and insects just not bees & nothing to do with pre- or post existing conditions. waiving my rights to home inspection has no validity in the workmanship or lack thereof of Griffin.
