A Service Technician acted very unprofessional in responding to a request to fix a problem that I have with an LP generator fitting which I need to have as a backup power for my wife's Ocondensor This technician refused to help saying "I don't want to do this" after I attempted to explain that the fitting he made up might not work and would he be willing to come out to look at the generator In this area there is virtually no technical help; all dealers only seem interested in sales and filling propane bottles
